Donuts are too dry and taste like their stale and a little hard. The bathroom has any soap, the workers are okay I guess they look like they're depressed working there and hate their job. I wouldn't go out my way to visit this Dunkin Donuts or even if you're in the area.

it would be nice and very helpful if the bathrooms were equipped with hand sanitizer, soap, AND toilet paper?they also burnt my avocado toast and im sure put the avocado on the burnt side so i couldnt tell.12/16/23

The food was hot but tasted just okay. They were fairly busy, as expected, but the service was fine. They didn't know what our order was and they had to be told what we ordered. The donut was good but their other breakfast items are not that great. I think I will stick to donuts and coffee.

This place wasn't bad but I've only been here once. I came here to order a few doughnuts and they were ok. Not the freshest but it made my daughter happy. The inside was a little scattered. Lots of trash that was overflowed and napkins were all over the floor but oh well.

This Dunkin never has anything and the workers are extremely lazy. They once gave me regular bacon instead of the snackin bacon , I’ve went two days in a row and altered my order to fit their low inventory the first time and when they’re not missing one thing it’s something else. Just came from there and after being told to hold on for 5+ mins with nobody in the line I was told they didn’t have the first thing that came out my mouth and the workers are rude. This whole establishment needs to be shut down.

I am very pleased with the early morning staff at this location. The morning manager is always kind and smiling which in turn puts a smile on everyone else's face. Service is quick and thorough. The staff seems to get along well and work as a team, which is a reflection of good management skills. My order is always right and I always leave with a smile on my face. The best Dunkin around. The morning manager is also easy on the eyes, definitely a plus in my book ☺️ as long as that tall drink of water is manager, I will make the Pelham Rd location my go to... Great job finding this guy and his team

This place is ridiculous. I placed a mobile order(so I could use my points), and joined the drive through line. They looked at me like I was crazy like there’s not way they could make 3 drinks and asked me to pull to the front. I waited literally 20 minutes before going inside to get them, and they said they forgot we were outside. This is my second bad experience and I won’t be coming back.

I had the type of experience I expected from this restaurant. The food was well prepared and priced how you'd expect for this establishment. In addition to a nice selection of food choices, the options we chose were good.As far as franchises go, there's a set standard that most people expect. This restaurant certainly meets that standard, and I'd return if in the area again.
