Took a one night trip to Greenville with my family. I must say this stay was worth it. A super short car ride to downtown Greenville where there a super cute restaurants and shops, and a beautiful park. The room had 2 beds and a separate living room with a pullout couch. You get 2 free drinks per person at bar and free breakfast. The food was good. Front desk staff are super friendly. A little dust in vents in room but for the price, it was worth it and we would stay again.

Our team lost, but the suites treated them like

Air conditioner did not blow enough to circulate air in the room enough to cool down to sleep comfortably, very stuffy and resulted in about 3 hours of sleep. Unfortunately did not discover this until about 11pm. Breakfast was just ok.

Went there for a birthday party, which was great, and the food was superb; but the band- Second Chance 2020- also great, didn't get their plates of food which was included and paid for. The serving staff should have taken better care of the performers as instructed.Food & drinks: Food was great, and drinks were just as good.

Our real estate investing meetings are held here so I cannot speak to lodging. The meetings are always well appointed, food is good, and attendants are helpful.

Very cool hotel, nice bar and restaurant. Rooms are older for sure and the HVaC is underwhelming. Room would not get below 67 and no ceiling fan was very stagnant air.

I enjoyed the suite but they could do a better job of cleaning the rooms. I also didn't like the fact that the smoking area was right outside an entrance, so I had to smell smoke every time I went into or out of the hotel.

Nice hotel to stay at, the lobby area definitely feels a little bit more “corporate” than other Embassy Suites I’ve stayed at in the past with a more relaxed atmosphere, but that’s not a terrible thing. Breakfast options and happy hour snacks made it 5/5 in my book.

My experience started amazing! Quick check in. Room was clean. Amazing hotel…until I stepped in the shower!! Hair was in the drain and marks were at the back of the shower. That made me want to vomit!! Responded to the phone number that texted me to follow up on my stay…did not hear back from them.

I like to keep it simple. Comfortable beds, comfortable pillows, plenty of space in the rooms. The only negative thing I can say is you can start seeing the wear on some of the rooms. Lose toilet paper holders. Putting in patch walls and doors that are unpainted. Not very noticeable
