Don’t waste your time and money. Food is sloppily thrown together & EVERY single time i order delivery through DoorDash, I’m missing half my order & instead of sending the rest of my food to me i get to wait 3 days for a refund. Keep in mind the driver has already been tipped based off a LARGE order and the people whose food never got delivered get to go without food & a fake promise to “look into the situation”. In other words the employees are so lazy they can’t even READ A PIECE OF PAPER.

Sooooo glad they brung the steak egg and cheese bagel back. But I must say it was dry with no seasoning a burnt around the edges like it had been cooked and just sat there waiting to be sold .

Just picked up an order and when we got back we found out our McMuffins wreaked like cigarette smoke. On top of that, they only gave us half of our order. Save your money and go somewhere

They completely ignored everyone in store for over an hour. I got one of the employees attention and my food had apparently been just sitting there in the back for quite a while. It was cold by then. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

I come just about every other morning to this McDonald's! Kayla is usually the person that waits on me. She is fantastic! She is always so nice and gets my orders 100% right every time!

Seems all McDonalds have gone downhill... but this one takes the cake. Expect to be here waiting atleast 30mins, definitely not fast food. Went through drive thru and was told to pull around to door. After 20+mins went inside to see what's the hold up... 10ish mins later finally got the food. All that for 1 meal smfh! Inside of the place looks disgusting! Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Please don't stop here, do not waste your time. The bathroom was disgusting... pee all over the floors feces on the toilet seat blood on the floor and toilet seat. Clearly the bathroom wasn't cleaned and this is at 1030 am no one hardly in there so it could have been cleaned.. employee had shoes sitting on a table NASTY DIRTY SHOES. I was so disgusted I walked out and didn't bother to order.

Paid for 2 meals didn’t receive our drinks when we told them we didn’t they then tried to charge us again after we had already paid for it . Horrible staff literally the worst I work as a server and I know how to at least seem pleasant even if my day is bad , horrible place to spend ur

Would have given zero stars due to the customer service. They were more focused on the drive through than those who were waiting in the lobby for service. Customer service needs to be better regardless

I wouldnt even give a one star if I could due to the absolute Piss Poor Service I just went to the drive thru to get some food and was told to wait so they can play catch up and after 15 minutes of waiting the second lane started getting their order taken after they only just arrived and that was two cars in and we left and made sure to call the manager who then said he would "talk to them" which means he wont do anything about it
