Usually love this place. But not today. I ordered my food online (and it said it would be ready in 10 minutes), so I showed up 15 minutes later for a little wiggle room. There were no other customers and the guys were just standing around. They hadn't even seen my takeout order and started making it then. Then they didn't know how to make the new item, the poke nachos. So they had to call the owner, wait 10 minutes for her to get back to them, and then they were still confused. I even asked if they could just refund my online order, and I'd pay for the food without the poke nachos (cause I was in a rush), and they didn't know how to do that either. Really disappointed.
