I dont leave many reviews, but I couldnt pass this up… mainly because I had the time. Took me 25 minutes from start to finish, to get 2 smoothies. This location needs some urgent help… poor customer service, poor training and by the looks of it, poor management…. terrible experience, wont be back.

I saw all the negative reviews and I just thought I'd say that I've always had a wonderful experience at this location

I came in because another location made my smoothie not how I thought it would taste. I told this place exactly what I wanted. The lady at the front counter suggested I add cocoa and it came out good. It would be great if the music was turned up a little bit more at this place I know they were super busy, but the atmosphere was kinda dim

Waited in the drive through for 15 mins. Told us they lost our order and were making it now. Asked us to pull around and would bring it out…after 10 minutes we went inside. Three young teenagers were working and it was clear there was extreme tension. No one had made our order, nor would anyone verbally speak to us. I asked for our money back which was given - but with zero verbalization.This is not the fault of these three kids- there was zero management present and it was clear the channel of communication and professioanlsm for a public establishment was present. In totalWe waiting 40 mins for 2 smoothies and still left empty handed.This is not my first bad experience at this franchise, but it is the first I wanted to comment about. I tried calling the corporate line to find out who the franchise owner was to try to get some adult supervision out to help these kids- no answer…

If you go through DT be prepared to wait; very frustrating experience because there is no escape lane so i was stuck for 20 minutes behind 2 cars. When I called the store the employee who answered was unapologetic and hung up on me when I inquired why the line wasn’t moving. Very disappointing

Almost didn't stop by thx to the bad reviews. So glad I did. The young man that took my order let me just make a custom smoothie: dairy free, low sugar, add-ins, etc. Was easy even with my different allergies. The bathroom was clean and fresh. The staff friendly and industrious. Planning to return again.

Unacceptably slow. On a Sunday afternoon around 3pm, it took a solid 40 minutes for us to get two small smoothies. In the grand scheme of life, this is not a disaster. But my kid and I had a fun afternoon planned where we were going to go to a few comic book stores. On a serendipitous whim, we decided to swing through SK for a treat. I, personally, LOVE SK's smoothies and was expecting a normal service experience.Nope. The wait at this SK was a day-ruiner. For each car that pulled up to the window, it would be roughly 8 minutes before the staff even came to the window to take payment. After that, another 8 minutes before smoothies emerged. Now run this out over the 4-5 cars that were in front of us (and also those behind us) and you have the makings of a transaction that lasted longer than Rip Van Winkle's nap (20 years, if you've not read the story recently).All in all, a horrible experience. We were so drained by the agonous wait, our spirit for shopping evaporated. We opted to head straight home, the whole way home questioning how in the world the serving of some smoothies could turn into a total afternoon ordeal.

I was in the drive thru line for an HOUR. There were four employees working so it wasn’t a staff shortage. So incredibly frustrating and slow for no foreseeable reason. And when I finally made it to the window, they didn’t even know what I had ordered. Management needs to increase training or something because that is unacceptable.

They never make orders on time, I’ll place 30 minutes ahead and they make it when I arrive causing another 20 minute wait: the new manager needs to be fired she is horrible at management, communication, and actually doing her job. I’ve addressed concerns after concerns and she’s just lazy. Some of the worst employees that work there are hired by her and she does nothing to fix complaints. If you order a smoothie and they are out of protein they will not tell you, they will just make it without it. Constantly out of protein and supplies and it’s because of the lazy manager. This place needs new management That trains staff correctly asap. I’ve turned them into the health department also. I’ve asked for the store owner to contact me and that never happened. So there you go!

This is a frustratingly slow Smoothie King. Ive been to many Smoothie Kings all over the southeast and this one moves much slower than the others. Significantly slower.Doesn’t matter if you place your order ahead of time through the app or not.I sat for 13 minutes in a drive thru line with one person ahead of me. Then the employee asked me what I added to the smoothie when I pulled up to the window. I added nothing. Then they started making my smoothie.What’s the point of order ahead capabilities, if the employees don’t know how to use the technology properly?! And don’t make the order ahead of time?!Stuff like this happens frequently at this location. I recommend going elsewhere.

This location needs to hire better workers who can actually pay attention to customers and make the products Correctly. It smells disgusting it's messy where the workers are and the smoothie bowls are crap. The smoothie bowls should not be runny . Get them trained before tossing anyone behind the counter. Come on! Train your employees properly

Friendly staff. The drive thru currently has 8 cars backed up in it. This location needs more staff because I’ve never come thru the drive thru and had it take 5 minutes. It’s always a 20 minute ordeal. Not an exaggeration. I legit can’t come here anymore unless I have a ton of free time.TL;DR: hire more employees
