For my grandmother's 70th birthday we decided to order her favorite style of cake from Strossner's. Upon pick up I realized the cake was not what we ordered. After initial shock and a conversation with the store manager they offered to fix the cake for me. Calling in a decorator to return back to the store and 30 minutes later it was finished and beautiful. The team even added a gorgeous editable glitter to the flowers on the cake. My grandmother LOVED IT! Thank you again team Strossner's.

I go to Strossner's every year and pick out a cake for my birthday because I know they will deliver an amazing tasting cake every time! Their pink lemonade cake flavor is divine! Service is fantastic and staff is friendly and caters to your needs. So many varieties from cupcakes, cakes, donuts, pies to amazing food. I have yet to try their pot pie but will be trying on my next visit! If I could get a dessert from them everyday I would! Best bakery in the area imo!!

They need to be more innovative. (for example Russian honey cake, Blueberry cream cake and sweet potato cakes) these are some of cakes they could make that far less sweet and delicious. Everything is too sweet too much sugar and same stuff as 10 years ago. They need to cut down the amount of sugar and be more generous on health side for us. Bring out some new fresh cakes with less sweet I know cakes are meant to be sweet but I've had cakes that were much less sugar. Also looks like they cut the cake size and increased the price. Looks like there maybe a new bakery coming in town Pairs Baguettei know they are putting one in NC. I hope this review will make good suggestion.
