Ask for Daniel at this store or the Pelham red location. He was a breath of fresh air to deal with when upgrading to new phones. He went above and beyond to get me setup which involved one phone that would not activate the first day and then a bad sims card on the other one the next. Definitely go to this Verizon store. Daniel helped me upgrade to a new phone and found my family and I a less expensive monthly plan that kept all of the same features. I had questions about my bill a few weeks later, and he patiently walked me through all the details. Great store with great customer service.

Daniel was amazing helping me make sure my data transfer was done properly to a new phone. Friendly and knowledgeable. Once Alicia was finished with another customer, she also helped with some additional information regarding my new phone. Best experience to date in a verizon store.
