On Wednesday, March 19th, around 10:20 PM, I tried to go in, but the cook with bright red hair waved me off from the parking lot, signaling that they were closed. When I approached, she made a throat slash gesture at me twice, which felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. If the hours have changed, it would be helpful if they were posted

I’ve been to almost all of the Waffle Houses in the Upstate. While this one isn’t the worst, it’s high on the list of bad. The scrambled cheese eggs were runny and taste like grits. Sausage patties were grossly under cooked. The store in Travelers Rest still reigns supreme as the best Waffle House I’ve ever been to.

First time in this particular store. Should have turned around and walked out. Filthy tables with dirty dishes. Empty condiment containers. Waitress was okay at first. Food was good. Coffee was good. Halfway through our meals the jukebox came on full blast. Couldn't hear ourselves talk. It wasn't a customer it was a waitress. They're all up front carrying on like it's a nightclub. We finally asked to get it turned down and the guy was nice enough but barely moved it. Had to ask to get coffee refills. Overall, service was nonexistant. Sorry but there are far too many Waffle Houses around to come back to this one.

The waffle house needs to pay their employees and not charge the customer two 10% to go fees which equals 20% to pick up their own order. I was told 10% for the to go fee and 10% for the cook. I was charged $6.30 to pick up my own order. NEVER AGAIN!!!! On top of that they raised their prices. I understand raising your prices. However the 20% to go fee is ridiculous. TO PICK UP MY OWN ORDER??? How do you expect to stay in business when you're OVER CHARGING your customers. You need to be ashamed of yourself! I AGREED TO PAY FOR MY FOOD NOT PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES SALARIES. You Are Their Employer Not Me. I will not be taken advantage of! Is Corporate Aware Of This Practice? THIS LOOKS BAD ON THE WAFFLE HOUSE NAME/ BRAND!!!!!!!!
