Ordered a pick up order online 13 minutes before arriving by the time I got to the second window after another customer who waited 8 minutes then me in which I waited another 10 minutes and then I didn't even get my bbq sauces so service timing is awful.

Always a great experience at the Pelham Road Wendy's. They have a great crew and excellent customer service.
Ordered a burger without pickles. It was very apparent the burger's pickles were picked off....they left a fragment of one on the burger. Very disappointed in how the food is handled here.

Workers are really rude and honestly I worked a 3am -12pm shift and wanted a good meal instead after I kept repeating my order to make sure it was correct and stilllllll it was wrong. They expected me to walk all the way back after I told them my car was in the shop. Crossing that road is dangerous enough. Horrible customer service its sad. I work in customer service its not that hard. :/

They got rid of the grill chicken sandwich for a wrap, and it didn't taste good ..
Ordered through Uber eats and none of the food was right the chili was completely left out and not to mention was super cold and arrived late. I'll be taking a break from them for awhile.

Thirty-five minutes in a drive-thru with only three people in front of us for 2 $5 Jr. Bacon biggie bags. Then, at the window, we had to re-ask for BBQ sauce, and it took another minute and a half to hand us the sauce. The inside was dead empty as well. Avoid at all costs unless they get a new crew. There is zero excuse for that amount of wait time. ZERO!
