Ordered a pick up order online 13 minutes before arriving by the time I got to the second window after another customer who waited 8 minutes then me in which I waited another 10 minutes and then I didn't even get my bbq sauces so service timing is awful.

Ordered a burger without pickles. It was very apparent the burger's pickles were picked off....they left a fragment of one on the burger. Very disappointed in how the food is handled here.

Workers are really rude and honestly I worked a 3am -12pm shift and wanted a good meal instead after I kept repeating my order to make sure it was correct and stilllllll it was wrong. They expected me to walk all the way back after I told them my car was in the shop. Crossing that road is dangerous enough. Horrible customer service its sad. I work in customer service its not that hard. :/

Food was good kid enjoyed it but I got a few sideways looks from the cashier,had a attitude for no reason whatsoever. I was actually being nice today lol. Thirty-five minutes in a drive-thru with only three people in front of us for 2 $5 Jr. Bacon biggie bags. Then, at the window, we had to re-ask for BBQ sauce, and it took another minute and a half to hand us the sauce. The inside was dead empty as well. Avoid at all costs unless they get a new crew. There is zero excuse for that amount of wait time. ZERO!
