Essentially ruined wife's birthday not having a preordered cake prepared on time. Terrible mismanagement.

My husband ordered me a vanilla ice cream cake with funfetti cake for my birthday. For some reason there was a layer of chocolate on the bottom and in between the vanilla ice cream/funfetti cake…I presume to secure the layers together/to the cake base? There’s a reason why I wanted vanilla on vanilla - I’m one of the few people on this planet that hates chocolate! We buy an ice cream cake at least once a year from BR (first time at this location) and have never had this happen anywhere else. It’s really disappointing as this is the closest location to us and it was for my birthday. I’m having to destroy this beautiful cake to make it edible!

Wow! My family and I just had a great time with Malarie and getting our ice cream for the day! What a wonderful experience she gives with serving you! Not only was the service great, but the interactions with Malarie were great! We will definitely be back to this Baskin Robbins location for the ice cream and the great customer service! But, I did get a bit more ice cream than I should have.....but, it was delicious ?

Rude, dirty, over priced.I walked in today with my son to get ice cream. Was not greeted by anyone. I saw the employee that was taking the persons order in front of me, he obviously did not want to be there. You could see it in the way that he was handling the order, and the look on his face.Behind the counter everything was a mess, and very dirty.We ended up walking out. Will not return.

Ordered two cappuccino blasts a couple of weeks ago and they made them both without the ice cream. We didn't start drinking them until we were down the road, so we didn't go back to ask them to correct it, but they were horrible and we pulled over to throw them away. Donuts have been good though, which is why I'm giving two stars instead of one.
This location is very understaffed. Because of this service was super slow, inside was a mess. Not to mention half the icecream flavors were out. The employee we talked to was very nice. He was trying his best but I'm sure it's hard with no employees.

Please update hours on your website. The website says close at 9pm, but you're closed earlier. I stopped by around 8:30. This is disappointing.

Only had 5 flavors... strawberry, cotton candy, mint chocolate chip, butter pecan, and chocolate chip. Settled for a 1 scoop of strawberry. But was really only 1/2 scoop. She forgot spoon but didn't forget to check her phone after scooping the half scoop. Sad.

Missing the flavor of the month. Its advertised on website and all on social media. However when we went there none to be found. Went to another one about 15 mins away and same story. Not like out of stock but like not in stock at all.
