I've come to this KFC multiple times due to the fact that it's very close to my work for my lunch break and they're usually very fast. However, this day was the opposite. I was told to pull forward to wait on my food. Which is no problem considering they're usually fast. Well almost the entirety of my 30 min lunch break goes by and after seeing multiple cars get their food I pull into the parking lot and go in to ask where is my order. They're reply was "they forgot about it." Keep in mind at this point I barely have time to eat my food, but I still want it just so I can eat something. They take their time getting my food together and the girl just says "sorry about that." Which I just tell her ok and leave. I was not argumentive at all considering I've worked in the food industry myself, but for my food to be forgotten and I was the first car out of only 3 more that came in behind me and left I was pretty upset.
