We ordered and picked up our pizza. We’ve ordered there before and usually acceptable. This night it was HORRIBLE. The whole thing was MUSHY (that’s that’s the only way I can describe it). We love pizzas but we actually tossed this one out and couldn’t eat it.

Ordered online, picked up pizza, should have checked it before I left...got home, over cooked and missing toppings that I paid for. Called to let them know and was told "sorry we ran out of those, nothing we can do about it" and hung up on...ummmm...

Ordered take out online gave me the time of an hour that was fine it was a Friday when my son went in for pick up he said there were several people in line in front of him when he got up to the counter for the order the individual told him it would be at least another hour because they never even started our order yet if they’re having that many issues with online ordering they need to cut off their online ordering. we got a refund and the individual told my son that everybody’s been canceling their orders.

The only reason I'm not giving this a 1 star, is because the pizza is good. We love Marcos and have been going for years. We used to go to the one in ballantyne until it shut down so now we have to go to Indian land. We had a party last night and ordered 7 pizzas and a pizza bowl. After an hour+ waiting, (which I expected since it was a Saturday night), we get our pizza delivered and the guy was in such a rush I could barely get a word out. As soon as he handed me the last box, he turned and left and we then immediately realized we got someone else's order as even the ticket on it said someone else's name. We tried running after him but he sped off. I then called them and explained the situation, the man I talked to gave me an attitude the whole time and just said "can I remake it for you" and I said of course but I will need it delivered still as I have a party here to host. He said yes but it will have to be after the delivery. I said that was fine but how long are you thinking? He said, one second I'll see where he is at. Then proceeded to put me on hold for 20 minutes before I finally decided to hang up. I've worked in retail and I currently have a job where customer service is big. No matter how busy I am/was I have never been rude to someone or proceeded to ignore the customer to just hope they would hand up so you wouldn't have to figure out their problem. That's exactly what they did was put Me on hold waiting for me to hang up so that they didn't have to help me with my issue they did.

3 times now we have ordered early in the day and we have had to wait. I was totally ignored when I went in. No one else there. My husband has waited 30 min past the time for pickup twice now. Tonight as I dumped the salad in a larger dish, it was 1/4 filled with brown lettuce . I did decide to take the salad pieces back. They did refund my money and apologized. Thank you to them for taking care of it.
Thanks for the delicious and healthy alternatives for your pizza-loving people. I loved your pizza bowl and hardly missed the crust/bread. You even customized mine to fit my tastebuds’ preferences. Yummy! I hope to come back soon.

Pizza is pretty descent...but its really inconvenient to have to call them you an hour after scheduled delivery time so Marcos can tell you no one is there to deliver your pizza. This has happened twice now. It's not fun having a hungry family all mad at you because your order never showed up and nobody notified you it would not be coming We're done. Awful service!!

My husband and I decided we wanted a pizza last night. We decided to try Marco's. We only live 3 minutes away but had never been. We had the BEST pizza we have ever tasted and we are in our 70's!!! The toppings were outstanding. Really, the onions were sweet, the sausage was full of flavor but not "Hot" and the pepperoni was unusually good. I forgot to order thin crust, which I prefer, but this crust was perfectly delicious...crisp and bubbly. Marco's is our place for pizza from now on!!!

First off I am a huge Marcos Pizza fan, I grew up eating and love their food. However this has to be the worst Marcos I have ever ordered from. 2 months ago I ordered a ham sub and it literally had one slice of ham on it. There were more banana peppers and mayo than ham. I called and let them know so it didn't happen again, the young man who answered the phone said sorry. That was it. I gave them another chance yesterday and ordered a specialty pizza, app said 36 mins till delivery sounds great. Pizza showed up cold 50 mins later. I will not order from this Marcos again. Save your money and go somewhere else. This Marcos is not worth wasting your time or hard earned money.
