We have been Panera regulars for years now, and noticed a gradual decline at this location. We recently revisited and were surprised with the turnaround we seemed to notice- the new GM Chris was seen happily interacting with customers and bussing tables, and we noticed a clear improvement in customer service, attention to detail, and overall quality of food. We are so thrilled to see Panera filled with customers again and run by a new manager who is bringing life back to this business!

Stop making the macoroni and cheese so hot. Everytime I order here my tastebuds are burnt off and I can’t taste anything. Every other restaurant’s mac and cheese is perfect. Not to hot. Not to cols.

Met for a quiet place to just talk with a friend. We didn't order food but just wanted 2 ice teas. They did not charge us for the drinks. Had a nice visit with no interruptions. Great place and the food is always delicious. Thanks Panera.
My Baja bowl was cold from from the start. Was told by staff to use the microwave by the the drink machine. Not upset just disappointed. Ps the rice was uncooked and crunchy.

Second time in a row I get home with two almost $40 sandwiches that are nothing like the caprese green goddess chicken melt. This is unacceptable.I have emailed customer care regarding this ongoing problem. The food I got wasn't even what I ordered. Shameful- ****updated review*****They seem to have gotten a new management and team. The orders come out great and customer service has most definitely come a long way. Keep up the good work folks!

I have given this location multiple chances to improve but each time I am disappointed. I will NOT be ordering from here anymore - I will drive the extra distance to the Ballantyne location as I do like the food. I've ordered extra of toppings several times and not been given any, rude service at the pick up counter inside and rude service from the drive-thru. Not worth my time and money anymore.
