They are usually friendly and make tasty smoothies. I like the breakfast meals and the wraps. The smoothies are good but I prefer a smoothie king smoothie. I still come here multiple times a week because you can buy dinner and add a smoothie for a bit over 4$ with a food purchase. The staff is usually friendly and I recommend coming here when looking for something healthy to eat.

I ordered online and went to pick it up they closed. Young Man who works there said they just decided to close for the day. That is not right. Never again will I order here.

First time ever trying this store out and was informed that it was under new management. I thought it was a pretty cool place and the staff was very helpful with my choice of Greek yogurt fruit bowl, which was very delicious. Will definitely be stopping by this place again in the near future.

What used to be a location I was always excited and satisfied to give business to, I will no longer be returning. I had placed a mobile order yesterday and received a confirmation email only to show up to the location with the door locked, lights off, no staff present, and the store looked like a mess with napkins on the floor, cups on tables, etc. I had placed my order two hours after their posted opening hours and confirmed the location I had selected on the app was correct. Called the same location today to inquire about a refund and received no answer. I ended up calling customer service, received no apology or explanation as to why this was acceptable, and was left being told a report for my refund was made. Very disappointed with how this situation was handled and after seeing the countless reviews similar to my own, I’m amazed that nothing has been done to improve this location for the standards of the shopping complex it is in.

Very disappointed with my recent experience with this location. Their food and service has been great in the past but has gone tremendously downhill. I placed a mobile order for pickup yesterday and after received typical confirmation of my order and receipt. Upon arriving to the location, their door was locked, no lights were on, and no employees were present. The store's posted operating hours confirmed they should have been open and attempts to reach representatives via phone were unsuccessful. Left feeling quite frustrated and more than likely will not return. Based on other reviews, I am not the only one to experience this. It's quite sad to see this from what used to be a good establishment.

It's gone downhill. Terrible customer service. Food is never made correctly. Hair down hanging in the smoothie ingredients. They don't wash their hands between handling the register and making smoothies. Totally turned off. I've been putting off the review for years, hopeful things would change, but it just gets worse every time I order. Disappointing.

This is a terrible location. First of all it was 11 am on a Saturday and the employees had the doors locked and no lights on… someone had to come unlock the door to let me in. The employees are a bunch of high school kids that are rude and have no idea what they’re doing. No one greeted me, every employee was in pajamas!! I didn’t even know if they worked there… I didn’t trust them to make my food, when I got my food it was cold and the smoothie I got was all ice. And to make things worse they charged my credit card 3x! I called the restaurant to notify them that I had been charged three times and nobody picked up the phone. I’ve never had a bad experience with Tropical Smoothie, but I will not be coming back to this one. Absolutely terrible location, do not go here!

It's a no for me. This is the first location I've had a bad experience. They made my quesadilla completely wrong and when I returned it, they remade it and gave me a cold one. Not to mention the 42 dugg and lil baby unedited version they were playing loudly. N word and cuss words just playing like it was ok. Time and place for everything and tropical smoothie wasn't it. So yeah I won't be back.
