Went to dinner last night to celebrate anniversary with family. Food was great, our server Zach was tremendous. Lobster ravioli and chick parm were great. Garlic bread was awesome.

We won a gift certificate at a silent auction for this place. Went for our 5th anniversary. Food was great and service was excellent.
Nice restaurant within Kiawah Golf Resort . Because the target audience is golfers expect to see a mix of dress between golf casual to business casual . The restaurant offers both indoor and patio seating and also has a space dedicated to the bar area that is separate from the dining room. We opted to sit at the bar and enjoyed the golf course views. The bar staff was friendly , efficient and accommodating . The menu did not have bruschetta but upon my request , the kitchen gladly accommodated and prepared us the most delicious classic bruschetta , it was delicious ! We also ordered the calamari which I was not a fan of due to the whole pieces of squid - we prefer the ring slices instead of whole squid so keep this in mind if you choose to order - there aren't many rings. For entrees we ordered "Nona's spaghetti and meatballs" which featured hand rolled meatballs , tomato pomodoro with grated Parmesan . We also ordered the shrimp linguini which came in a white wine butter sauce - both were delicious and filling ! Definitely a solid choice for an Italian meal within Kiawah Golf Resort . PARKING: large , free parking lot .

One server assigned the entire patio for Saturday night- can’t blame the server too much, poor management oversight.Order was messed up and entre was incorrect for one member in our party. We notified wait staff and they acknowledged but didn’t adjust the bill until brought to their attention. Ended our meal and waited 20 min for check and another 20 for it to be run. Second time at Tomasso and overall not blown away or impressed for a restaurant on Kiawah Island.

Terrible experience. Left before we received our food. Large loud drunk party dominated the space and destroyed any idea that we could enjoy a pleasant family dinner. Staff seemed resigned to the fact that this is standard behavior at this restaurant.
