I went to eat at Arby's on 02/07/2023 in Lancaster SC. I understand I got there a little bit before they closed and thought regardless that they closed at 10 pm I would still be able to finish my food then go home. But instead a very rude employee named Megan came in then said a hole light of nasty words to the shift leader about me being there eating at 10pm. The shift leader told her to clock out and go home for being so disrespectful and Megan so no I don't have to. Then the shift leader came to me and told I'm sorry you have to leave cause it's 10 and the lobby closes at 10 I didn't feel that was right but if that's there rules I understand. But the employee Megan had no right acting the way she did, making a scene, being very loud and very rude to the shift leader. You deserve better employees working for you than that and ones that respect Arby's management. I'm proud of the restraint of the shift leader if that was me I would have beat that girl like a red headed step child.Parking: Plenty of parkingWheelchair accessibility: Access is in the front

I have finally had it with this arbys !!I have received so many partial or just wrong orders , I use door dash and don’t have this problem with anywhere but the Lancaster arbys !Even in using the drive thru I’ve had more missing and just plain wrong items to the point of just never going there again . And don’t even think about trying to get anything fixed , I’ve dealt with nothing but absolutely rudeness!I am singling out this location because arbys elsewhere are great !

Ordered chicken bacon swiss and regular chicken sandwich both meals. We were asked to pull ahead thinking it'll be hot n fresh. Absolutely Not. Waiting several minutes pulled at the pole, just to get cold food! The fries were old tasted like cold grease. The sandwiches weren't even warm. The regular crispy chicken was tough and chewy like a bad cut of meat or undercooked. The other was just barely warm. Arbys food is too expensive to be this bad. Please do better. I'd already gotten home and wasn't going back. It'll be awhile before I go back. Very disappointing.

I was actually just looking for some corned beef for a recipe that I was taking to a gathering and the stores had none.The corned beef was very good but paid top dollar for just the meat.

Let me start by saying I work in the business and I know how it is right now but to say my visit tonight to Arbys in Lancaster was pitiful is an understatement. From the time I ordered to the time I got my food was 35 mins then I get home to realize they left food out of bag . So I try to call 3x on my way back so I would not have to wait another 30 mins and I am now waiting again because the girl that continued to answer the phone was rude and kept hanging up on me…I have visited this location many times and never had any issues . They didn’t apologize or even acknowledge their mistake..if you don’t like your job not my fault but if you are going to continue to work there take pride in what you do and do it Right…

The drivethru speaker was very weak and it was hard to hear or even place my order. I finally placed my order and when I got up to the window I was greated by "sunshine". Sunshine scowled at me and took my money, handed me my change and food and promptly closed the window as quickly as possible. Sunshine was apparently hustling herself back out to the lobby to sit and continue a chat with a friend. As I was pulling away from the window she was already sitting there. There is no need to be unfriendly or unkind. I was pleasant with you even though your drivethru equipment was not fully functional. Giving the store 3 stars as the order was correct and the food was good. 8/15/22 at about 7:30 to 8 pm. Best of Luck

2 3piece fish strip plates…$19.34 in the trash!!!! Best thing about the overly greasy food was the tea! Service was bad. People just don’t care anymore! Get something else if there’s no other restaurant open

Noon. About 3 cars in the drive thru line. 2 tables occupied in the dining room. At least 5 employees in the store. Our group of three in line and another group of 4 behind us. Heard a bell ring when we came in, but the staff completely ignored us, refusing to even come to the front for at least 10 minutes. We left and advised a group of 6 coming in that they would likely not be served either. I will never eat here again.

The only local fast food joint I'll go to. Fastest, quality service around.Stick to what you know though - I decided to experiment and try the jalapeno slider and it had to have been the single worst tasting fast food item I've ever eaten?. Only Ruebens for me ?

Just a place for a quick ok meal. Definitely had better Arby's elsewhere. The staff is as friendly as other location.
