The food was great!! The service wasn't the greatest at all!! The cashier that took my order wasn't very friendly and acted like she really hated her job! She never told me my total instead I had to see it on the register window. Never said thank you, have a good day or anything just walked off. So yea that wasn't great customer service at all. But the restaurant overall was okay other than the cashier. I would visit them again bc hopefully she's not the only cashier they have and other ones are more friendlier than her.

Ordered a smokehouse brisket got home and see that they intentionally gave me a classic roast beef instead. I know it was intentional because they tried to put onion strips on it and put it in the smokehouse brisket carton, specific for that sandwich and when we called back up there they immediately knew who I was and why we called.

Useless.Useless. I got brought home food. Whoever is working tonight, this exact shift, needs to be fired. There were 2 cars in the line that waited for 30 minutes. My order was incredibly simple, I wanted an Arby’s roast beef with added Swiss cheese. They could not do that. Instead they decided to give us 2 unwanted bacon cheese turkey or whatever sandwiches, with onions and everything else you can imagine on it that comes on it instead of doing the very simple task they were asked and paid to do. I am sick with the flu. Anyway, the one thing we got that we asked for looks like this. Someone must have grabbed it in their fist and squeezed it before serving it.Would you eat this?

The food is good but half the time I go there the drive thru is unresponsive or it takes 30min with no line before you can place an order.

Fell down outside the Lancaster SC store, curb drop off where the handicap ramp is cut out, but not marked or painted!! When a 62 year old falls there are lots of bruising!! Hip, knee, elbow, wrist!! Employee came out, but left, no incident report!! Nothing!! December 7,2023, 1ish !! In case you want to know!! And still ate $30 dollars worth of food, wagu burger was prepared wrong!! And no flavor!! Sort of disappointed!!
12/03/2023 Buns smashed on old and very cold hard meat. Awful. The highest priced fast food in town and the poorest example of Arby's products I have ever seen. I love Arby's but have been continually disappointed by this franchise. It will be a long time before I try again and hope their standards meet Arby's reputation.
