Honestly good was good as always. Staff on the other hand not so much. Staff seems lazy and they all have poor attitudes. Witnessed a cashier catch an attitude with another customer. There is no motivation throughout the crew what so ever. Also, really wish staff would wash their hands thoroughly and more often.

Poor business model execution. Dinning advertising 0600 am. At 0715, Staff had the door locked and frantically waved at patrons to what I believe was to use the drive thru. When referencing the posted dinning room schedule, the staff became more animated and screamed something in audible and swung her arms in a circle. We left and thankfully other food was available elsewhere since we couldn't avoid eating in our car.

Stopped in here coming home as a quick meal. The food was cold even though smoke was coming out the top of the building. The 2,girls working dud not open there mouth. They were out of coke.I threw it away in fear I would get sick.

I went to Burger King drive thru. My whopper was not the way that I asked.
The cashier made gestures of ridicule and laughed because we did not understand her, because our native language is Russian. Then we waited for our order for 20 minutes and they were in no hurry to serve it. While the three of us are waiting for our orders and 6 more people are standing in line at the checkout, the cashier simply goes somewhere constantly and talks to the employees who work in the kitchen, that is, they are also distracted by the cashier and do not prepare food, but we wait, wait, wait. As a result, the order was submitted, and there was not enough burger in it, I was waiting again, the cashier just went to the kitchen to talk to the cooks again

On 11/3/2023 me and my wife went for lunch and ordered 3 Whopper's and 3 cheese burgers with onionrings but, they gave us fries INSTEAD. The same thing happened on our last venture to Burger King, but this time my wife went back in to get our onionrings. It took 20 minutes the 1st time she went in and they got our order wrong and a total of 1 hour total for them to finally get our order right.
Service sucks plus food cold there is no on getting in a hurry just standing around BS around I asked for tea they Said no we aren't making any at this time and ice was out to I WILL NOT BE BACK
