i’m not one to usually complain, i’ve only been in lancaster for a few months. i’ve had the same cookout order since i was 9. the banana fudge milkshake is my absolute favorite. i’ve been to this location 4 times and only once has my milkshake been correct. the first was banana pudding, second was straight chocolate, third was good, and the one i got tonight was peanut butter fudge. the cheese bites are practically cold and virtually rock hard. the tomato on my burger was bigger than the patty itself. that part isn’t that serious but it’s just the cherry on top. as someone who loves cookout and has been to several locations across the carolina’s, this location has just given me a bad experience too many times. it’s disappointing overall

Not sure what being understaffed and having to work an extended day has to do with me, when I was patient and kind throughout my order process. We just pulled out of cookout at 11:07pm , placed an order at 11:00pm, so that process was smooth. Get to the window. And was greeted. Then attitude from manager or employee black light skinned male with locs. “He stated you might wanna keep your head up and yelling aye while handling my drinks.” I told him not to piss me off. And to watch his tone, I am also a leader in a large retail chain. And never would have had an ounce of audacity that he displayed. Another sweet young man came to apologize and hand me my food. But the other guy ain’t worth two cents. And would NOT be on my team. The DM needs to know.

I usually love cookout but this location has the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Food is ok at least. Doesn’t make up for rude employees. I’ve worked food service long enough to understand the struggle and frustration, but being flat out rude to people is unacceptable.

The girl at the speaker was rude told me to pull up at the window. Once i got to the window no one was there. She then came to the window with an attitude asked me did i need help with something. I told her that she told me to pull around. She said yeah bc im the only one working with an attitude. I told her nvm i didnt want to order anymore she closed the window while i was talking. And walked away

This location is hit or miss. Sometimes the food is really on point and other days you have to sit at the window and exchange bags with the cashier cuz they handed you someone else's food.
Ordered a few milkshakes from here last night and they were great. The service was fast and the staff was very nice.

We go all of the time and never have an issue. Best managed and consistent fast food restaurant in town. Never walk away upset or disappointed. They’re great for a quick burger and fries. Always appreciate them.
