So we came in months ago and we were astonished with this place. The women here are so wonderful and full of life when you first come in, they talk to you as if they have known you forever. They made my husband a chocolate eclair donut and it was so good. My kids choose several different type of donuts and they feel in love with them. Yes, this place is a whole in the wall, but its really good. It's small but worth it. Check these women out they have it going on.

Me and my daughter stopped in today for donuts. We got the full size, and they are delicious. Very nice people working there as well. Today was our first time but it won’t be the last. I don’t know rather to brag on the food or service more. Though it was our first time, they were very patient and let us take our time choosing toppings. I will definitely be back!

I tried the strawberry cheesecake mini donuts and iced caramel macchiato coffee. It was amazing . I will be back to buy more donuts . These were the best ever. Flavor factory is better then Krispy Kreme . Shop local .. I promise you will not be disappointed. Go see my girl at Flavor Factory.

This place is a hidden gem in Lancaster county! The doughnuts are made to order, so you get them hot and fresh. They have a lot of toppings to choose from, and you can't go wrong. I ordered the funnel cake (strawberry drizzle with powdered sugar), the nutella dream (nutella drizzle with strawberry drizzle), and the sea salted caramel. I was not disappointed! I am looking forward to going back and trying other flavors.

Was honestly disappointed when I tried them. Extremely overpriced but I decided to try this place for my little ones birthday because he would rather have donuts than a cake. I paid for a half dozen full size donuts and got a half dozen mini donuts and the wrong flavor for two of them. The donuts were too thick and just tasted average. I normally don’t leave bad reviews but I feel like if I’m going to pay $20 for six mini donuts on DoorDash then I should be given something worth that price, not bite sized average tasting donuts.
This small family run donut shop has some out of this world flavors and you can create your own. Very friendly an nice ladies that run the shop. I highly recommend, I had a Maple Carmel and Cinnamon sugar and Chocolate Peanut butter drizzle with Reese's cups....to die for

(I wrote this review to a friend who asked me to let her know how I liked them.... Here it is)So, we went. I didn't go in because I'm feeling a little icky AND I don't really care for donuts anyway. The girls went in and got their free donut and ordered three more. They were smaller than I expected for a specialty shop, but the price matched the size, so I wasn't mad. I would've ordered a dozen if I had gone in instead. The girls really enjoyed their little donuts and brought their brother one. I guess it was good... Who knows with boys...I tasted the glazed one. I will say this.... Yes, it was good. It is definitely a destination spot, though. Unfortunately for them, I don't think there's enough people eating donuts everyday in Lancaster. They are not the kind you can take home and nuke for 10 seconds to taste the same. They are cake-like and good when they are fresh. So, the girls said (again, I didn't go in), there is coffee available. If I were them, I'd extend my coffee menu, and promote that more.

I stopped in here to grab some doughnuts and to say they were Delicious! is an understatement!! The lady working at the time was also very sweet! I got strawberry glazed/strawberry cheesecake doughnuts. They were amazing! I also got a dozen of a variety of flavors, they were also AWESOME! I also got some mini doughnuts that were a chocolate drizzled with some powdered sugar. To die for! I wish I hadn't moved away or I would certainly be there more often! They also offer delivery, 10 stars if I could!

Amazing amazing experience! We went with two recommended as the most popular and omg! Sooo amazing. Loved the Strawberry Cheesecake! The customer service was amazing and the donuts were still hot when we got home. Big glass of milk with them and such an amazing dessert! Can’t wait to tell friends and family about it and take them there!
