Understaffed, the wait is an hour and a half to two hours they prioritize to-go orders before they worry about anyone that had dined this place is horrible.

Came in and took a bit til I seated myself. No one greeted as we walked in the door or even said find a spot to sit. Sat down and it took about 10 minutes before the waitress came over to take our order. Food took more than half and hour to get to my table and when it did, it was already Luke warm. I understand sometimes places can be understaffed but I don't think this was the case. A bit disappointed.

My grandma and I come once a month on our date. We love everything when we come from the food, to service, to the welcoming atmosphere. We get to know different people every month and enjoy hot fresh food!! Shout out to Ashley and the rest of the team!!!! We see the same crew and they work so well together!!

Worst breakfast ate hash browns was cold, pancakes had no flavor once so ever, the grits was literally trash, the only thing that gave the food flavor was the water down syrup and the hashbrowns was cold had no flavor and not even crispy, never eating huddle house again this was my first and last experience ??

I came in, ordered, received my drink (water) and waited and waited and waited! 50 minutes went by and still no food! My order was not complicated, it was breakfast! I just left! Yeah, I’ll definitely pass on going here again!

Stopped there for breakfast as the waffle House was packed. We thought ok let's give Huddle house a try. I had never been to one. Walked in and found a booth. We sat down and the server walked by us multiple times. Never once acknowledged us. She waited on everyone else who walked in the door. We sat there for close to 15 minutes. Not once were we acknowledged. Finally we got up and left. So I can't attest to the quality of the food.

Service was great and the food was great. Nothing too extraordinary however the only reason 4/5 the person I was with received undercooked hash browns and my initial set of utensils did not seem clean. Being my first time there that's all that held it back - everything else was great especially the waitress.

Today is bad day .. I came to order some to take out and they told they don't that anymore.. They told that I have to eat inside the restaurant and if I have leftovers maybe they can put it in box .. .. huddle house is bad in Lancaster SC .. we need a better restaurant here in Lancaster the they will serve breakfast all day long ..

What a wonderful change. The place was clean. Employees seem to be enjoying their job. Service was outstanding. We waited less than 10 minutes for our meal. That's saying a lot now adays.
