I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and it came cold and I complained about it and they sent me another one and it was still cold

Got 2 subs to go. Fresh and great taste, price reasonable. Will buy again.

Saw this place advertised on Facebook talking about the one sandwich we are originally from Pennsylvania so it sounded similar to what we would call a Italian hoagie back in Pennsylvania we tried it the lunchmeat was good but the bread tasted like it was not cooked entirely and we asked for it to be toasted and we would just say it was warmed up not really toasted at all not sure we will be going back

I give this place the 3 F's. FAST,friendly and FRESH. Can't beat a club sandwich meal for under $8. Worth a try.

This was probably my worst experience ever eating out. We ordered a cheesesteak, ham sandwich and a turkey. The bread was absolutely disgusting and almost tasted sour, and the meat inside the cheesesteak looked almost a purple color. Everything was thrown in the trash and my stomach was so turned after eating a single bite I couldn't eat the rest of the night. The health department needs to check on that place before someone gets violently ill.

Waited more than ten minutes for service then left. Both my daughter an I made eye contact with the the two ladies working that area. They kept jumping in to wait on others. Not for us. Got up and left.

I love this place - really really good Subs!!! Fresh meat and they give you a lot of it. My only complaint is they have no clue what sweet peppers are and this is what they gave me:

quality has gone downhill, downhill, downhill.

Just moved into town from Charlotte and were planning on going to subway, I poked my head in and it looked clean and of decent quality. I ordered 2 subs and was not impressed with the preparation, the quantity of food and price however wasn't terrible. On my philly nothing had been sautéed and it seemed as though the ingredients were just put into the microwave and slapped on a piece of bread. Not sure if I'll try again another time seeing all the good reviews now I'm surprised it was so meh....

Horrible! How is this place even in business? I started by asking what was best and the young man laughed. I should have walked out at that point. I was told they were out of meatballs (what I wanted) pasta salad, potato salad, banana peppers and they gave what looked like chopped up fresh green peppers for jalapeños. The roll is what made that place horrible. It was thick and doughy and pale white. We were driving through so I’ve never been before so I had no idea what the roll normally looks like. Looking at the pictures in the reviews is what I thought the roll should look like but that is not what I had. Now I wonder if the roll was uncooked or something. It wasn’t fit to eat. Take jersey off the sign I worked in new jersey making hoagies and I promise you it was NOTHING like that.

The bread leaves a bitter after-taste in your mouth. No idea how they manage to do that but it's not good.

Ordered 2 subs to go. They were excellent and the prices fair. Not much atmosphere if you are eating in. Will be back

Horrible service. Can't manage to stay open the hours advertised when there are people in there working. Who are young kids that don't care about anything. Don't go!

Now that's a sub! And service was friendly and fast. I loved that they slice the meat fresh and the bread is also baked fresh. It's a great value with no shortcuts... Just coldcuts?

Being originally from NJ, their subs are dang close to those found in NJ. Btw, most folks in NJ go for their subs at an Italian Pizza place, or Quick Check or WaWa. Jersey's Giants is close to each of them.
