I have been coming to this establishment for years and for the most part it has been wonderful. However the last few trips has been very unpleasant, not only have I had to return several times for missing food. This time however I tried the online order through the app. For anyone ordered from this establishment through the app unless you like tea. Do not I repeat do not order the large bag of drink they sell. They will not only not tell you at the store that they are giving you tea...but will then claim understaffing as the issue. I don't know how understaffed you have to be to not take all of 30 seconds to fill the small bag with drink.

The chicken strip dinner was $12 and ALL breading. The girl in the window was very angry. They did not have any white meat and no original recipe. The crispy dark meat was unusually bland.

Make sure you know someone that works there if you want to get your food fast & friendly. Short staff leads to long wait & bad employee attitude from those on break in back of work area. Thought it was funny to give my order to other people who ordered after me while mine was skipped over. Not funny to me. Ask for my money back & manager did that but wanted to make it right by making the order. I already had one order sitting waiting to take to my family. Livers take long time to wait on. Not the right day for this nonsense again. The food when I finally got it home was good, parents were happy.
Today on 8/7/2023 we stopped to buy something for breakfast and the lady who was taking the orders was very rude, she raised her voice and we had the best attitude in the world but these attitudes of people who have terrible customer service can spoil your day We will not return here until the lady changes her way of treating people.

Got here at 8:45 pm and the door said open until 10. At 9 pm they locked the doors just after we started eating and began to mop floors with a strong cleaner. The chicken was chewy, and the Mac and cheese obviously had been pre packaged since it was hard on top and dark orange. Maybe it's better before closing, but I dunno.

Ordered using the app.The app sent me a message saying my order was ready for pick up. I got there and not only was it not ready, but they had to cook it and I had arrived 3 minutes after it said my order was ready for pickup.I was informed by the manager that the order ready time is not when it is ready, it is when the order gets printed out. So she advised me to not use the app because it actually wastes more time
