Should have 0 stars!! I drove 30 mins to get my kids a shaved ice only to find they are closed up atleast 1 hour early because we got here an hour before closing and it's closed up and no one is here! That's really bad for business!!! The least you can do is have the correct hours on the website!!!. I need you to do better!

Decided to try again on 6/25. Service was nice and the shaved ice was great! However, I was alerted today that I had an increase added to my bill from YESTERDAY! Called and spoke to the owner and he is making it right. Just be cautious if paying with plastic! Really felt like an additional tip was snuck in. ?

Great SnoBalls!....So many flavors to choose from! ...Cool little spot to share snoballs... Kids love it!
The flavour was gross. Cough-syrupy. There are only 2 ingredients in a snow cone. How do you mess that up??Re: your response: I’m well aware that you’re not currently open. I was there over the summer and had a terrible experience. Fix your gross syrups, and your attitude. My review is not “unwarranted”. Best of luck to you!

This place was a nice little surprise in an otherwise desolate downtown area. Great staff and lots of flavors to choose from. The taste ranges from fruity to very sweet. Great place to take the kids on a hot day, the only downside is they don't have indoor seating.

Ok sooooo I tried Pelicans again yesterday..this time around it was superb I ordered one of the local favorites the sunrise something like that with a drizzle of the marshmallow creme and you talking bout goodt omg it was so good refreshing since it had rained and got even hotter this made my day made me cooler I can't wait til tomorrow to go get me another one yall gotta try it so worth it ? ? ? ? ?

Little pricey for snowcones but it is still good.
