Just called in to place an order over the phone. It was the most professional yet welcoming phone service I’ve ever had. The gentleman greeted me with “Hey friend, thank you for calling Subbies how May I help you?” and ended with “I hope you have a blessed day” despite the subs being yummy I appreciate the great customer service!

I eat here at least once a week and never disappointed. Deli meat is fresh and seems to be a better quality than what competitors serve. And the bread is really good. Some might call it a “hole in the wall” place but don’t let the lack of curb appeal deter you. I cannot think of a better sub place anywhere. And have to mention the salads. You can turn any sub into a salad and it is enough for two meals. Highly recommend.

The gal who took my order appeared to be either sleep-deprived or on some medication. I ordered a roast beef wrap, got home, bit into it and spit it out. The meat if that is what it was supposed to be, was so tough and rubbery, neither of us could chew it. We ended up throwing it in the garbage. I likely won't return.

BEWARE!!! This place will charge you the menu price, a 10% sales tax ( like normal and everywhere else ) then they add a 12% inflation fee to your bill. And the foods not that good !
We love Subbie's!! This is definitely our favorite sub place in Lancaster. Everything is always fresh and the customer service is wonderful. We recommend this location to everyone that wants a great sub!!
