The last 3 times we have ordered from here online. When I get home at least 1 of the sandwiches is completely wrong. Try hiring competent help if you can get any. No sour grapes here, just tired of orders never being right. I'd bring it back if I didn't live 15 minutes away and starving.

If I could leave negative stars I would. We came over an hour before closing and the girl had a horrible attitude even after we gave a tip. You could tell she hated her job or something. We will most likely not go to this location again, the staff at airport road are a lot friendlier and the place is a lot cleaner.

Stopped here a couple of times this weekend with my wife and they were great. The food was delicious, the employees were very friendly, and the restaurant was very clean. My wife really enjoyed her meatball sub. Will definitely be going back here soon.

I really like subway but literally every time I place an online order it’s never ready when I get there. First time I place it just a few minutes before I get there and it isn’t ready so I assume they were busy and just got behind, no big deal. But the next time I place it 20 minutes in advance and it still somehow isn’t ready by the time i get there and the app said it would be ready at 3:15 (I got there at 3:18). And it was a Monday and there were only a couple customers inside when I got there so I don’t see how it wasn’t ready but overall the wait isn’t too long once there and the food is still good ?‍♂️

Ordered on the app. Showed up a few minutes after the app Said it was ready for pickup. They haven't even started on the order. If it's not ready then don't tell me it's ready. Would rather wait longer and not have to wait around then be lied too. The employees was very nice subway has work to do.

Do not go here! They will mess the order up and then think it’s funny. Don’t waste your time or money. I called for an hour trying to get someone on the phone to give them a chance to correct it and everyone I spoke to was rude and condescending. Won’t be back.

Would not recommend this location. I will be reporting this location to Headquarters. Ordered meatball subs again, watched the guy in front of me receive 8 plus meatballs on his footlong. We received 6. This was second time. If you look up subway it clearly states 8 plus meatballs per footlong. As this becomes a pattern they are making an extra 10 dollars off of screwing people of 2 meatballs per sandwich for every 3 subs they make 10 dollars or employees are eating your money

Ordered two footlongs for takeout. BMTs. Should have just left the store especially when the two people behind me left since they wanted Steak and cheese and they were out of steak. They were out of ham, so the substituted capicola. They were out of Provolone, so pepper jack was substituted. They were out of Tea, sweet and unsweet, almost out of chips (except the green and white bag - whatever that is), the pomegranate juice dispenser was gone, the soda cooler was almost empty. What else is missing? Who knows. Anyway, I got home and the food tasted horrible. Is this place going under anytime soon? I hope so. Never going back....never, never, never. Thanks for ruining our Sunday! Grade F - - .BTW - I live in Lancaster, not woke Portland OR. Does everything have to be just this plain stupid?
