The sandwiches smdh…. 1 of the foot long sandwiches was COVERED in mayonnaise…. Inside and outside… we took a paper towel and wiped it off the outside… when we tried to eat the sandwich couldn’t taste anything but MAYONNAISE… threw the sandwich away…. On the 2nd foot long… flooded with mustard…. Sandwich tasted like mustard on bread…. Messed the whole sandwich up… had to throw it away also…. WASTE OF MONEY.

Next door to "88" Chinese takeout.There was no line to work two or three people in front of us but there was no real way and it was just asked for the sandwiches and what toppings we would like maybe the whole took 10 minutes and the food was great.Vegetarian options: Your choice you can pick what you want on your sandwich.Kid-friendliness: You can bring the kids and they can make their own sandwiches just have them tell the employees what toppings they want on or with their sandwiches.Parking: Plenty of spaces to park.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it is wheelchair accessible .

I ordered online and went I got home the order was completely wrong. My friend went in to get the order and stated there were teenagers hanging out and playing. I called to let them and the young lady only solution was to return and have it remade. Sad that I will not be returning to this Subway until management fixes its issues.

SUBWAY FRANCHISE PLEASE read their Rude arrogant bunch of young kids that are lazy and don't want to work. The workers literally acted like they wanted to fight because we got there 5 minutes before they closed at there schedule because they are lazy. Also the food is frozen along with everything else they make fake food fake people and fake cookies too. This is what's wrong with the USA

We were needing to place an order this morning for 3 party trays for our daughter's birthday party this afternoon, and were told that someone would be here to answer to phone by 9am. My wife called soon after 9am and had no answer. She tried several other times to call and still no answer. We finally got in the car and came to the location and the doors were still locked at 9:45am, even though the open sign was on and Google had it listed as opening at 9am. My wife had to knock and bang on the door several times to get somebody's attention to come unlock the door. This whole ordeal put us behind schedule on our plans for this morning, and really showed extremely poor customer service at this location. Not impressed.

Ive always order from this subway my wife and I come here all the time. Today I ordered two salads one was a cold cut and one was a chicken bacon ranch on the chicken one they didn’t put my bacon on it and on hers. They didn’t add her cheese like we payed for. This is disappointing because we come here all the time.

Just want to say how these guys did not disappoint today at 01/2/22 I went to the subway on the bypass which is were we live near and they was ridiculous posted the review on their site ! I can say they have lost our business and the subway at airport road was so much cleaner nice employees who greeted you and even smiled and laughed why doing the subs also everything was full and no excuses of my manager told me not to refill our stuff leave the meat frozen like the one on the bypass told us. I’m willing to drive the extra length and have shared to all my family and friends that airport rd subway is much better ! You guys are awesome even through this pandemic you cared about costumer service. We eat subway a lot our money will now be with you guys. Thanks for today after the horrible experience for the 4 time at our subway close to us on the bypass !

The service here get worst every time I go.. not all the workers are this terrible ? but If I don’t see Zi or few others then I will drive across town for better service ! that actually have a care about their customer and fix the food to the customer request! Tina is this store manager who need to retrain her staff! Austen fix my call in sub and made the sub & wrap totally wrong! When I called in he offer a remake I go get the remake and he put up the biggest argument and refused to remake it once I arrived bc I didn’t bring the original wrong items back. During a pandemic And with Covid cases rising daily this is the most uncomfortable thing I have ever been asked to do!! So I explain to him per Dhec guidelines no food is suppose to be taken back etc and I showed evidence that he put the food that was meant for the wrap was on the sub and sub was on the wrap! So once someone else step in and told him to remake it Austen finally remade the sub and became argumentative again and advised me he had read the food order to me 3times. I had to explain reading it right and making it right is two different things that you still messed up. So he proceeded to be argumentative and aggravated as he remade our food! If you want a sub go to the one on the bypass you most definitely will get better service a smile and a laugh!

I ordered a meatball sub but I received a chicken olive and bs sandwich. I'm allergic to black olives and would have sued subway for every penny if I would have taken a bite out of it. Staff was understanding but was more focused on closing up shop than making things right never go here last time I went here they had 3 hoodlums working the shop and they didn't care about there job enough to make one sandwich right this place will be seeing my lawyer
