We are very fortunate to have a German restaurant without having to drive a long distance. The food is really good and is a very large portion. The service and getting your food are a little slow but aren't bad compared to when they first opened. We always look forward to going a few times a month.

We have been to this restaurant multiple times with varying experiences. Today (Father’s Day) was a nightmare. I had made reservations but when we walked in and stated we had reservations, they looked at us like they had no clue what we were talking about and we waited for them to get a table ready. One of the waitresses ran through the restaurant crying as we waited for our drinks. We ordered Brunch and per the menu, it comes with rolls, salad and dessert. The server said that they were out of multiple sides but never mentioned the fact that we would not receive rolls or a salad. I asked her if that would be reflected on the check and she said yes, then said “well, they are free anyway.” She then started moving chairs and slamming them beside our table. She did offer us dessert and said peach or strawberry. I said peach please and she then said “well, I don’t know it may be pear.” I truly hate that we had this experience because we always want small businesses to do well but we will never be back.

I cannot recommend this place enough! The service and food were both excellent! My husband and I loved doing the date night special. We can’t wait to go back!

Best service around! We had 3 people talk with us, and all 3 were absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere is a bit "dingy", but I don't know if that is a building owner or renter issue. The piece of peach cake I received was probably the only square in the pan that had no peaches in it, which was a bummer. The salad is just chopped lettuce with dressing and picked beats on the side. Zero other veggies with the lettuce. Maybe that's typical for German salad??? Every other bite of food that hit my mouth was wonderful.

I love this place. The food is amazing!

I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. My waitress was just adorable, and everyone else was very nice. Did I mention my meal! Stupendous:) I will be returning this coming weekend. :)

I wanted to love this. To get a taste from home.The schnitzel was decent, but canned vegetable and instant potatos were a turn off.Waitress was nice, however, the food took forever to come out.Atmosphere was rather bland and not inviting.Hope they will get better and learn from other critics.
