Went in for a quick coffee. Two employees working. One of the employees had their mask dangling from one ear. Just hanging there. The other employee had their mask down under their chin. Dunkin should invest some money and have a mask wearing training class for their employees.
As always the drive thru takes forever. Was waiting for 15 minutes for 2 bagels and 1 coffee. Light on the butter I asked for and look at the bag, draining out. Damn shame.
I sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes, no one took our order. I got up to the window, and the worker rolled her eyes seemed very irritated, she said they were too busy and that I was supposed to wait for someone to come onto the speaker and take our order. We tried to order a breakfast sandwich but she said their oven was down, which was probably an excuse because she is fat and lazy and didn’t want to do it. She also had long fingernails, probably had feces in them, so I’m glad we didn’t get anything. She smelled like marijuana, sounded like she was drunk or on Xanax. She had died hair and a bunch of piercings—probably practices witchcraft. She mumbled the n-word at us under her breath as we drove off. Worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever
I give this place five stars because this business is open early delivering Hot fresh coffee blends to pair with the equally delicious selections of Donuts and other foods available all business hours. Baskin Robbins is another wonderful amenity to indulge in!!!!!! The food service staff is committed in creating memorable personalized experiences. 5stars and LLS Across-the-board.
I did not like this location at all. I’m down here for a few days and stopped to get some breakfast. Just got off a flight and I decided to stop here. Took forever to get my order ready. The guy that took my order was nice. I know he was annoyed but kept it professional which I appreciate. They were short staffed on the drive through and inside. My entire party that was with me ordered coffee and all of it was wrong. I just didn’t appreciate that the service was slow and they still got our order wrong. I waited about 25 mins for my food and the lady didn’t even know what number she was giving out. She was saying orders.. um ma’am. Not sure what the staffing situation was about but I’m sure the manager knows it can get busy. Especially being so close to the airport. Maybe next time I come down here I’ll have a better experience.
Such an odd location within the arcade. Ordered a coffee to recover from the previous night. The droning from the arcade machines was quite unlike any other Dunkin' I have frequented. Service was standard.
Took forever to make 1 coffee and 2 teas and basically just gave me hot milk
While I like Dunkin Donuts in general I’m going to have to give this location a bad review. I was waiting for my breakfast sandwich and I looked in the Baskin Robins ice cream freezer and noticed a roach in the freezer.....In addition to this the freezer is very dirty with what looks like mold.....I’m hoping someone with the company sees this review and give this location a thorough cleaning.. This location probably would not pass a food inspection.. Based on the other reviews and now bugs I will not go back.
Employees did not wear masks on their faces, but did use them as a nice necklace accessory to their uniforms.Coffee, ehFood, not greatVegan option, freezer burned, and just bad.But they do have the standard donuts, so not a complete disaster.
If I could give them zero stars, I would. Believe me, this is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts that you will ever go to in a long time. They had nothing on the menu except for attitude and grief

I am disgusted. The lady behind the counter was mad because she got someone's order wrong. She was throwing containers in utensils all around for over 5 minutes. She should be fired. What a pathetic person. The staff was also not wearing masks or gloves.
I walked up to counter and I was unnoticed no other customers were in the store. One young lady was working the drive through. After standing there a few mins without anyone even speaking another young lady came from the back and took my order.
Person taking my order not wearing a mask. Had to ask her to put one on and she gave me attitude. Mgr also not wearing a mask. 2 of the 3 people preparing our food were not wearing masks properly (noses exposed). I had to ask them to put their masks on properly before touching my food. Not coming here again
