This used to be my go-to until one day I went inside. As I was waiting for my coffee, I was in disbelief watching the associate behind the counter aggressively pick her nose!!! Yuck!! And I mean she was going to town! I would have said something except she stared me right in my face as I made sure she saw me watching her. It was like a face off. That let me know she had no care in the world. And I doubt she washed her hands! How freaking disgusting!!! You could imagine what goes on behind closed doors. Yuck!!! No thank you

Convenient little location. Usually stop here every morning before work. Today I ordered a large iced latte and the younger platinum blonde girl working today made it a medium. I politely pointed out the issue To which she rolled her eyes and poured into a large cup and topped the remaining with and handed it back to me. I was gonna be late for work if I had them remake it a third time. I just want to vent about this experience because usually when I come to this location I never receive service so poorly.
