failed to make fries and nuggets in 20 minutes in drive through. Gave money back, but no apology. I was the only car waiting and not many people inside. Avoid at all costs.

I agree with Abbi H. the only reason this review gets a star at all is because the program makes you put at least one star to be able to proceed. Like many others complaining about this place I found a flyer at the hotel we were staying at and ordered pizza, wings and a drink. After about an hour my adult son calls to see where the order is and they assure him it is on its way and should be there in ten minutes. Another hour goes by and still no pizza so my son calls back. This time my son was not so nice and let them know he was not happy and ask them to forget the order and return our money. Some words were exchanged and the guy on the phone ended up calling my son a b**** and hung up on him. The order was never received and my credit card was never credited the thirty some odd dollars we paid for it. I called them the next day and asked to speak to the manager but the guy on phone ask me what I needed and did not offer to get a manager. After telling him what happened the night before he assured me they would credit it to my account. It has still not been added back to my card and it has been five days now. I called again today and ask to speak to the manager again but the man on the phone said he was not available. When I ask for the managers name he would only say it was Tom and refused to give me his last name. I am fairly certain it is the same guy I spoke with the first time and more than likely the one who took our order to begin with and the one who called my son a name. I plan on waiting until the end of the day before taking further steps, but if I haven't heard from the manager by then I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. If I have to call the credit card company and get them to reverse the payment I will take legal action against them as the credit card company charges me to do that. Someone needs to teach them a lesson and hit them in the pocket book! apparently that is all they care about. They are clueless as to what it means to have a reputable business and treat customers with respect and fairness.

Wish I'd looked the place up before I ordered. Tried to order 2 calzones, order came to $20. They said I have the them the wrong hotel and room # after repeating it 4 times over the phone. Ended up having to cancel my order, and I thought they gave me a refund—now, a few days later, I realize they stole $20 from me. Thieves, rude service, and a lying delivery driver. Do not go here.

I wish I didn't have to give a star to leave a rating. This place is the ABSOLUTE WORST place I've ever eaten from. A terrible, cardboard flavored pizza, a bunch of stale, over cooked, flavorless chicken wings, and a liter of soda was $30. I think I may have been okay with this price had the pizza been the one I ordered, I ordered BBQ chicken pizza, and got Cardboard Flavored pizza instead, had the wings been the ones I ordered, I ordered hot wings and got wings that had been deep fried for half an hour then drenched in cheap BBQ sauce, or had the soda been the one I asked for, I asked for Coke and got a lukewarm sprite. When I placed my order, I tried paying for it over the phone, but the person taking my order said to give our driver the card and we could pay for it when he got to our door. This led me to believe that he had a portable card reader. Wrong. Our driver asked us if we had cash when we handed him the card, when we said no, he said "s#%*!" And called some sketchy person to take our card info. My husband complied against my better judgement...and as soon as he left, I called the pizza joint to make sure we had not been duped in an elaborate scam because no part of our order was correct, and he did not have a card reader like we expected. This is when the whole experience gets CRAZY. When I call the establishment, I am met with the same rude, incompetent worker who took my order. Our conversation is as follows: "Hi. I just received my order and I'm a little concerned that something went terribly wrong because the person delivering our pizza did not have a card reader and had to call some sketchy number to take our payment...also our order was completely wrong." Pizza guy: "*chuckles* he literally just called me. I am the person he called." Me: "okayyy....why didn't you just let me pay you over the phone when I asked to then?" Him: "ma'am. You're taking up like 4 lines right now. I'm very busy taking lots of orders" Me: "well, I just want to make sure we didn't give our card info to some stranger because this whole thing seems very sketchy to me" Him: *laughter* "what?!!!" Me: "sketchy. I said this seems sketchy. My entire order was incorrect." Him: "what??????!!!!" Me: "I said my order was incorrect" Him: "yes, but what are you talking about? You need to tell me what was wrong with your order." Me: "I got the wrong flavor wings and thw wrong type of soda." Him: "what did you even order?" Me: "you know, nevermind. I'm just gonna take what I got and leave a yelp review." Him: "what?? Ma'am you need to tell me what you ordered so I can fix it. You're not even telling me what I did wrong!!!" At this point, I hung up because I felt like I was in the twilight zone. Bottom line: go to mcdonalds and eat a McDouble, Go to Walmart and eat a Lunchable, go to the 24 hr pharmacy and eat a bag of Fritos and bean dip, go to the Mars and eat an alien life form, go to a gas station and eat sketchy sushi rolls....LITERALLY EAT ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

A RIP OFF; POINT BLANK PERIOD!! Beware Yelppies!!! After receiving the wrong order from Fresh Burger co. , I called to inform this establishment that my order was incorrect. Mind you....I had already been waiting an hour for my food, but for some reason...like my order...I was given the wrong thing; a bad attitude. I had no idea that my husband had called 10min ago, but in an obviously annoyed voice he proceeds to ask me, "Didn't you just call"? Ok..fine...yes...you get a freebee with that one because I can see how that can get annoying. But, when I asked what were we supposed to do since I had a wrong order and had already been waiting WITH 2 hungry kiddos...he snidely responds...."well..I dont know because the driver isn't answering his phone". I'm was on vacation and have little to no tolerance for attitude....ESPECIALLY not at almost 10pm. I didn't get itwrong.. YOU ALL did. ALSO, the flyer that came to my door had New York Pizza written on it....but after a 2hour ordeal, we actually had to go and see these folks at their establishment. Somehow or another...the name on the flier didnt match the name on the building. Fresh Burger Co. is the establishments ACTUAL name....juuuust in case the associate decides to call you a liar and demand to see the receipt. (That actually happened to me, by the way) Horrible service.

DON'T PATRONIZE THIS PLACE! I really wish I had looked it up first. Same experience as above, rude, wrong food delivered and refused to send the correct order. Absolutely nasty man on phone, if owner should be ashamed of himself. I would never treat a customer the way he did our family visiting for the first time to Myrtle Beach. I will bring it to the hotels attention as well. Hopefully bar them from delivering here.

I ordered 2 LG pizzas one with light sauce. It came with no sauce. On top of that they tried charging me twice. The pizza sucks. I do not recommend them.

My family and I are visiting from Georgia for spring break. My family wanted pizza and we had a coupon for this place. So we called and placed a order. They got our order wrong. So my husband did what he would normally do. Call back to notify them of the messed up pizza. The owner was very rude. Even hung up on him. So my husband called back. The owner said he would deliver him a fresh pizza (which was never delivered). So we called back the next day to notify the owner that our pizza was never delivered. And he was rude about the whole situation. My husband end up having to go to the place to get a refund. Needless to say.....DON'T GO TO THOS PLACE!!!! Service sucks and food wasn't even good!
