Order a 8 piece chicken , mashed potatoes,Mac and cheese. 2 of the pieces of chicken were red inside. Mash potatoes tasteless and watery awful. The two male employees came in from outside never wash their hands. Bad experience.

Terrible customer service. They all need a major attitude adjustment. Rude off top for no reason. Its not right to continue to rush someones order when they have already said give me a minute.The customer is paying for food and the one eating it. I will not be returning.thew food in trash I don't trust people who are naturally ignorant for no reason. No telling what they may do to your food. Highly recommend going to a different location to eat.

We did not even get to eat. We were in the drive through trying to decide what we wanted. There were no cars in the parking lot or drive through. We told the lady one moment that we were just deciding. The very unprofessional clerk told us we needed to come in to eat because there was a time limit on the drive through. Mind you, there was no one behind us or in the parking lot anywhere. We left and went to bojangles. Much better service there.

Endyah is so rude…I ordered through drive thru ..i don’t know what is the reason why shes rude..I just ask my receipt because they punch the wrong order instead of 4pcs of chicken she put 12pcs . I just asked for the receipt!! And she wave the receipt in my face..You can check the camera!!! There’s no wrong of asking the receipt!! You guys need to train that lady!! She’s not good in costumer service!!!!

I don't usually leave reviews while visiting a fast food chain, however, my family received such great customer service at this local KFC and we wanted to thank Trice for being a beautiful human. Thanks for reminding us of what kindness looks like. The food was good but he left a lasting impression on our family. We might stop by just to say hello when we are back in town! FYI we love the new hot and spicy wings!

Just picked up my food from the window and the cashier had a look on her face that was very unpleasant. She never completed our order at the drive thru so we pulled up to the window. I personally feel like if she didn't want to work there, just go home. Food is too high now to get someone servicing me with that attitude. Now if we made her mad, I would've rather she voiced her issues so we could've resolved it at the window. First thing I would've gotten my money back.
