I have to give 4 stars because it is Krispy Kreme but my lattes are never the same. Even if I order coffee its hit or miss if they are right. The last visit the guy used hot coffee for our 2 iced coffees and ended up with FOUR because the ice melted and he kept adding more so we ended up with 2 free and had 4 watered down ice coffees that we threw away. We love Krispy Kreme and normally have no issues except at this location. The customer service is terrible! Today the sever did not listen to our order and when we insisted on no receipt, she demanded we have one by slamming the roll of paper into the machine showing obvious frustration. We were very uncomfortable with her horrible attitude. This is third experience of terrible customer service at this location. The donuts and coffee are fresh, the staff are so friendly and helpful, and the place is always clean. I can't speak to the speed of the drive-thru because I love to go in to see and smell the donuts. Be sure to ask about daily specials or 'donut of the day' deals.
