We reserved a 3 bedroom condo with breakfast included. We disclosed that we had 10 people coming and called prior to confirm that breakfast was indeed included. We find out the next day that only 2 adult breakfast were included, that's it.No biggie, there's a kitchenette to cook food, right?Yes, except there's low quality, small pots and pan (not big enough to cook for 10 people) and not enough dishes to serve 10 people. The oven barely heated up and the design of the kitchenette i had to constantly open the fridge just to pull out the drawer where the wine opener was located. There wasn't even enough towels in the room for everybody when we arrived. Took 45 minutes to get more towels to the room. There were no wine glasses and we had to track down housekeeping just to ask for dishwasher pods. This isn't my first rodeo at Myrtle, but my first time at this hotel. Accommodations should be set up prior to checkin. Then lastly, none of the "waterpark" features were operating and the outdoor hot tub was cold. The water features are good for under age 6.Noteworthy details: Breakfast is not included, pots and pans in the kitchenette are low quality.

I guess the location was fine. Everything else was very disappointing to be honest. Thankfully we didn’t spend much time in our room. The hallway for the rooms go straight into the parking garage. We also chose this hotel for their indoor, heated lazy river (it’s still winter) but unfortunately it was pretty chilly in there. So much so the worker was wearing a winter jacket and boots! Probably didn’t help he was leaving doors to the outside open too.I would say 0/10 do not recommend. Definitely chance your money somewhere else ??‍♀️

Resort was nice. It had some facility cosmetic issues (peeling substance on hallway glass, broken plexiglass spots in indoor pool area). On-site restaurant, bar, and Starbucks were a plus.Rooms: Very spacious. The toilet in the master bedroom (king bed) has the toilet situated awkwardly behind the door in a corner. May pose a problem for those needing extra hip room.Nearby activities: Near many restaurants, supermarket, and entertainment.

Went for Youth 7v7 Football tournament. Booked this place due to feeling like this was the best option I could find at the last minute. Overall, I would say GREAT VALUE pretty decent if needed, would use again!

My vacation was a nightmare. First we didn't have power in the half of the room . We texted our personal assistant to tell us someone was on the way. Had to call back after 4 hours. They the dishwasher water started coming up in the kitchen sink really nasty. Water was every where . No one called to apologize for any thing we went through. I also have videos and pictures

Very disappointed in my stay we was here for one night, trying out a new hotel to see if we wanted to come back for the summer but that is a big NO we didn't get the room I paid for I told them and they kept telling me to go to the front desk i did and nothing changed, I was also told the pools was heated... I drove 4 and half hrs to find out they was pretty chilly and only one working hot tub out 3... then there is people smoking and drinking in front our kids by the pool and there's sign everywhere saying not glass bottles. To top it off I'm in a no smoking room and my room smells like smoke.... Also the room I requested had a door to separate the rooms so I could have some privacy from my 4 kids but no I don't have a flipping door.... but hey look on the bright side I will say this the floors in our room are cleaner then any hotel I've stayed at in MB...

Never disappointed in the property. We stayed there a long time ago when it was Long Bay Resort and loved it but it has went down a lot from then. The rooms were not what I had booked and were not in the best of shape. Also, online shows really cheap rates but then they add fees that are almost as much as the room rate for daily maid service that we never received. Will not be staying at this place anymore. On a scale of 1 to 5 I would give it a minus 5.

Nice place and centrally located for food and shopping. Only drawback was outdoor hot tub was only at 75 the whole stay. Never saw anybody come and even try to repair. Need to improve on check in process also.

Located in the Golden mile, the area is nice and resort as well. Rooms have been updated and I love the modern beachy feel. We've stayed in Ocean front and ocean view and both have had great views of the ocean. Parking deck is convenient but can get loud at night when trying to go to bed since horns beep when alarms are set. Staff was very friendly and buffet for breakfast was pretty good.Rooms: Rooms are newly remodeled with a modern beach vibe...love them. Both beds and pillows are VERY comfortable.Food & drinks: Starbucks on site! Buffet for breakfast was good and Enka was a great server.Noteworthy details: Ocean front rooms are great. Putt putt on site is basic but serves purpose for families. Same with all pools. Can't control other guests and their mj smoking but that seems to be absolutely every where these days. Short drive to Broadway and Boardwalk one way or Barefoot and Tanger other direction.

Our rooms were clean and spacious, although I heard other guests complain of missing or broken kitchen items. We had odd numbers of some items, and not 10 of anything fir a 10 person suite, luckily there were only 8 of us and we made it work.Everything worked but the showers were difficult to operate. If you come in the winter like we did I suggest you bring your own blankets, the ones on the beds are more like a second sheet. We chose this hotel for the indoor heated pools, splash pad, lazy river, and hot tubs. The pool was nice, the hot tubs were warm but not hot and two were broken for a few days of our stay. The lazy river was really cold, then closed, then finally almost room temperature the last day we were there (which was disappointing because that's my favorite part). They have a Starbucks on site which the teens loved. River City Cafe is next door and we enjoyed being able to walk there. We asked what time the putt putt closed as we left the pool so we ran up and showered, but when we came down to get the clubs and balls we were told they just got an email that it was closed for the season? The little kids were disappointed.Otherwise the people at the front desk were very kind and helpful. I told them there was a wire hanging out of the elevator door and he immediately called someone and it was fixed the next time I used the elevators. They seemed short handed on housekeeping staff. We had to go down and get toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bags and set our trash outside the door. They didn't come in our room the whole 7 day stay but stopped by our door once to ask if we needed anything.

The only benefit of this hotel is the cheap price, but you get less than what you pay for. Our room wasnt ready on time, we waited an hour and finally got them to change it to another. The condo we rented was supposed to have a washer and dryer. The dryer didnt work. We were given quarters to dry downstairs in pay laundry but were told we had to wash upstairs and take the wet clothes downstairs to dry them. The refrigerator smelled like rotting fish and got so bad that we lost $40 worth of food because we gagged when opening it. Everytime we opened the door to the balcony the smell of weed was so strong we had to close it. We found socks, used tissues, beer caps, and other items that werent ours under every piece of furniture. The mini golf course at the hotel is falling apart and unsafe. Do not let your children walk across it. And every employee we came in contact with seemed like it was an inconvenience to interact with any customer. This hotel is a SLUM. There are different owners for different units. If you take a risk and go here, at the very least do not let them stick you with room 752.

Initially, the room had an odor. Someone did come while we were out and corrected the problem.
