Oh, there are a lot of people angry at this restaurant right now! I wonder if the restaurant even knows about an app called Next Door. The restaurant is being discussed in a very negative light because of something they are now doing which is called adding a "service charge" and no, I don't mean a credit card fee. As you can see, cash was paid for this transaction and they still added a 3.85% "service charge." They actually said that it's a common practice and yet no one can find any other restaurant that does this on a cash transaction. It's one thing if the restaurant has increased costs and they need to increase prices on the menu but if they are too lazy or cheap to print new menus, they cannot expect to add a "service charge" to their customers without irritating and abandoning a lot of them.If they were actually smart, they would simply say on a sign right there by the register that says "due to increased costs, we have increased our menu prices by 3.85% but because we have not yet printed new menus, it will just be added at the end. Thank you for understanding."However, they just decided to add a service charge. Let's see how this goes for them in the long run.

Delicious and fresh always we eat here a couple times a week. Always fresh , super clean and very friendly. Would recommend to all it’s a must. Give them a try tonight.Kid-friendliness: Kids are very welcome .Wheelchair accessibility: Has a great ramp.
Had dinner with the family and the food was excellent. I had hibachi and steak with chicken. The service was fast and friendly which I appreciate when feeding my family. We will definitely visit again.

You know what I love. Missing items in my to go order just to get argued with by children about how I’m wrong. Let me search my vehicle for a 6th time over a missing item. You know because someone will lie for a $2 soup?
It is hard to find a local restaurant that has good service, great tasting food, a perfect climate, well Mon Cafe in Surfside has it all. I go there all the time for the past 12 years and every time it seems to get better!!!!

The Spider Roll was soft and fell apart. The Spicy Tuna Roll wasnt sp at all and also fell apart. The Edamame was mushy. The wasabi was flavorless and had no heat whatsoever. Will order from here again, dont believe all the reviews.

Food was horrible got a refund and my credit card information was stolen and I was recharged a week later! BUYER BEWARE!! Management refused to help or correct the issue!!

Strange place for Hibashi. It is not the traditional one. You order up front and they prepare toOrder.They have bowls, sushi rolls, specials for all tastes. They also have inexpensive kids specials.Food was somewhat bland.
