My family and I had the wonderful experience of visiting over Spring Break. The food and service were amazing. The fried chicken and fried fish was cooked to order which was prepared in a timely manner and fresh. Also, the rice and peas were perfection. But the best part was the portion size which was well worth it!

The food is good especially the oxtails but the rice is dry because they don’t give you any gravy on the oxtails. So make sure you ask for gravy.
My boyfriend and I chose to stop by after a long drive down here to Myrtle , the smell was awesome before we even entered, I had oxtails w/ double cabbage and let’s just say the cabbage was very well seasoned honestly I wasn’t expecting the cabbage to be that good. The oxtails were really good I’d honestly just recommend them be cooked a lil longer as they were a little tough. My boyfriend ordered the oxtail w/ white rice and cabbage and he said he enjoyed his meal he says the oxtail were very tender (it was his first time trying them) so I’m glad he enjoyed! Only complaint I do have is the fact that the stuff we really wanted they didn’t have & the lady taking orders waited until we ordered it to tell us - it was overwhelming why not just tell us upon arrival? Anyways, overall I do see this being a consistent place for us when we do come down here .
