Food was great. Southern recipes for comfort classics with a Tupelo touch. Service is great, very attentive. Didn’t sit at the bar but will come here for Sunday brunch with excellent service when the seats are available. The atmosphere is chic country vibe clean and light. Indoor and outdoor seating options are available. Nestled in the Market Common District of Myrtle Beach. Stroll through the park, shop high end stores nearby, sit on the patio and people watch.

I stopped in this cute restaurant for Easter brunch and was very pleasantly surprised! While the current star rating is 4.5, I would certainly expect it to be higher based on the friendliness of the staff, attentiveness of service and speed of my mixed drink, and wonderful flavors of the meal I chose!I got the Tupelo's Shrimp & Grits (gluten free) - what an amazing explosion of taste! The goat cheese grits melded with the Gulf shrimp and chorizo, pepperonata, and Creole sauce was such a wonderful experience - hats off to the chef! The order did take a bit to come out, But Easter was definitely a busy afternoon, so it was not unexpected.I also ordered a Blueberry Lavender Mimosa, made with blueberry puree and lavender lemonade, which was served immediately and so yummy! And it lasted through my meal as well as after - not a small serving even though I ordered the regular size! I'm a bit of a lightweight these days, and the regular was more than enough for me.The atmosphere is nice and family friendly - very crisp and clean, perhaps a bit chic with old window panes dividing the bar from the main seating area. They also have a neat array of belts and spools criscrossing the ceiling throughout, turning what look like antique fan parts/blades - very unique! The restaurant also offers many payment options, including online via a QR code when you receive your bill, and they accept Apple and Google pay, Venmo, as well as credit cards. This option also allows guests to split the check as necessary. No waiting on multiple server trips, so fast checkout for those inclined. Note that this option does add a $0.25 contactless fee, likely charged by the Up & Go service provider they use.Restrooms had a beachy vibe and were clean despite the rush. The area around the restaurant has many cute local and chain stores, perfect to walk off a great meal afterward!Overall, So very happy with this experience and really enjoyed my time at this restaurant. Would highly recommend and hope to come back again soon!Parking: Plenty of street parkingKid-friendliness: Very family friendly restaurant with budget friendly kids meals on weekdays!Wheelchair accessibility: Street level, no steps that I can find

Was able to make reservations for Easter Sunday, very grateful for that. Seated promptly on arrival. Waiter was attentive and checked in throughout meal. Home brewed ginger beer was good according to husband. I had peach and pineapples sangria. Very yummy. Started with pimento dip and chips. Delicious. I had smoked salmon, grit cake and eggs. Very good. Salmon only lightly cooked. I'm okay with that, if you're not a sushi person, probably too raw for you. My husband got the fried chicken and bisquits. Very yummy. Left full and happy.

? Trend setting Market Commons upscale restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. Deal dinners at $10.99 weekdays from 4-5:30 Hoot and Holler menue. (You must ask for it as it was not offered by the hostess.) Loved the Honey Chicken with parm potatoes and collard greens. Tried a non alcoholic ginger beer soda which was a very good mix with a complimentary club soda. Kids are 2.99! This makes it extra nice for grandparents on a senior budget to treat or even Single moms or dads. Thanks Tupelo Honey for Affordable menue options with optional levels of healthy choices. There is a lake and park across the street with a playground so you can get in a nice evening walk afterward dinner and let the kids play away.

Food was wonderful, staff was great. My husband cut his leg while exiting the truck he arrived in at the restaurant. When I arrived at Tupelo Honey's, he was trying to care for the wound. I suggested we go to the ER for stitches, but he declined. The staff at the restaurant provided some bandages, topical ointment, and a towel to work with. He managed to stay and eat dinner. I hope he didn't cause any issues with other diners, as it wasn't pretty. Thanks to Tupelo Honey's staff for being so kind.

We had brunch but I had breakfast eggs bacon and potatoes. My eggs were cooked just right over medium and extra crispy bacon, others in our party had the fried chicken dark with a side salad chicken looked good and fried crispy cause I could hear the crunch sound as they bit into it and came with 2 legs and a thigh.Wait staff continuously check in on you even when it's packed.Parking: Parking along the street but we parked in the Barnes and Noble rear lot and enjoyed the walk past the shops with the occasional stop.

Ordered the fried green tomatoes for the appetizer and chicken and waffles for my meal. Both were fine, but would have been so much better if the tomatoes and chicken were seasoned before battering.

We had a wonderful experience (again) at Tupelo Honey in Market Commons. C was our waiter and he went above and beyond with service and professionalism. The food was great too. Meatloaf on point, the tortilla soup was tasty and seasoned just right and the collards were tasty. Well done Tupelo, well done. It’s become one of our favorites.

The service was great. I had the honey dusted chicken which was a little overcooked and dry. Also a little bland. Asheville and Knoxville was better.
