Ordered in the drive-thru got a 2 breast dinner with double fries and a chicken supreme dinner with fries. Was told to pull forward and wait for fresh fries which I was ok with. Until I waited 30 minutes and saw several cars get there orders while I was still waiting. I eventually ended up going in and the cashier just looked at me with a blank face , I told her I just wanted my order I had been waiting 30 minutes for and she smacks her teeth and said something to the other employees. About 3 minutes later she brings out the food no apologies or anything doesn't even say a word.Terrible experience

It's Bojangles. You get what you'd expect. Tea is as always legendarily good, or legendarily bad; no in-between.
Inconsistent, sometimes biscuits aren't baked until done sometimes they scimp.

I love Bonangies so I'm still giving it three stars but I hate paying for an extra sauce and not getting it. Swear it happens everytime, almost thinking that the staff doesn't want you to be happy and intentionally withholds sauce or something. Pretty bizarre, wish they would stop stealing my money and not giving me what I paid for. I greatly delight in Bojangies tho so I'll just suck it up and eat the dry tendies.
I was picking up an online order this evening for someone and when I got to Bojangles N. Augusta. There were 5 employees standing outside talking, lights around the building off and doors to lobby locked. Not a single car in drive thru or in the parking lot. And I'm still waiting on the online order, I arrivedat the restaurantat 5:36pm (which has been 30 minutes now and I'm still counting) they just made signs stating the are short handed. Now mind you, the whole time I've been here waiting they have had a total of 4 cars. Why am I STILL waiting?! Poor customer service, zero speed, absolutely unprofessional! More interested in having conversations outside of the building than actually making sure customers online orders are ready to go!

This bojangles has a great staff!! They are very patient and caring staff.I got a Supreme and had coleslaw and green beans as sides. Everything was delicious ? The Buffalo sauce was an added bonus for dipping the boneless chicken.The chicken isn't greasy and perfect amount of flour.
