I had previously rated this location at 5 stars with phenomenal staff and food quality, my recent visit today, 3/20/24 was absolutely infuriating.They took half of their items off the menu without room for any substitutions.Couldn't even get a basic strawberry crepe as a side for the meal I wanted.Both employees on the floor insisted, relentlessly, that I just order something else off the menu. Knowing full well I was disappointed and just wanted to go elsewhere. Almost corning me in the booth, until I puched past them to leave. The lady staff with bad teeth commented to not come back just as the door closed behind me.Will never again go to this location. unprofessional, confrontational, and very inappropriate. I'd like to see her fired for this but I highly doubt that will happen.

Very slow service, people were coming in 30 to 45 minutes after us, and they ate and left before we got anything. The place wasn't even packed, just very poor management.

I'm a big fan of IHOP and look forward to having the Chicken Fajita omelet. This store is beautifully decorated, they just need more help. I've visited a couple of times now, and they always seem understaffed. They need about 5 more Nicole's, because she the only one making things happen and was wearing several hats when that morning church crowd arrived. Shaquoyah was great. The hostess was obviously tired and needed a break.Customers before I arrived had that look in their eyes like they have been waiting for a while. Some people who were waiting walked out. Our food took 38 minutes to get to the table from the time when we sat. My omelet was great, blue berry pancakes had a strange aftertaste, and Josie's eggs over medium were wrong twice.Really hope this store can pull it together. They are a great brand and did I say, I love the Chicken Fajita Omelet!Parking: Parking is tight quarters but available.

Marcus is a fantastic employee at this restaurant, went 1 time returned a couple weeks later and Marcus remembered our order and us! This was very impressive some severs at various places can’t remember your order going to the kitchen let alone a few weeks later! Apparently staff was short because he came out and apologized for not being attentive, he was also helping cook! Another impressive thing!! Way to go awesome will definitely be a regular customer with outstanding service like was provided!!!!

Horrible, upon entering the manager was yelling across the restaurant at servers and host, not super busy but we still waited 5 minutes to be sat, upon seating waiting another 15 minutes to be greeted. Me and my family left it was just too much chaos for an establishment the manager was holding the kitchen door open yelling at servers the whole restaurant could hear, it just made a dining experience a 0 for me and other customers who complained. This business has declined tremendously and I blame management

Not busy at all, servers looked nasty, food took 20 mins and then it was half cooked, ordered came out a few items at time, food cold by the time I got silverware. Cashier acted like they weren't trained properly. We've given them the benefit of the doubt several times always a big disappointment. Will never ever go back!

I came in for a simple Togo order waited around the lobby for almost 20 minutes before having my Togo order taken. I finally get my Togo order I look inside it’s completely the wrong order. I called back and Veronica was very rude about the situation.
