4:37 o3/09/24 went in to order Stood there 10 mins no ONE'S came from back To take take my order.All I saw was a women cooking fries and coughing with her mouth uncovered. She SAW ME AND NEVER SAID ANYTHING to anyone.Just stood there.Now ask why you have poor ratings..

Not that you ever expect phenomenal service from any McDonald’s location..however, this location has to be one of the worst because they couldn’t care less. My wife & I have visited 4-5 times, 2 of which I know we went through the drive-thru & the other 2-3 times we placed a curbside order through their app. For drive thru orders-always asked to pull up & sit for at least 15-20 minutes before having to go inside & our order is sitting on the counter. Each curbside order we’ve placed we’ve had to go inside after waiting for 20+ minutes to hear a team member say, “oh I sorry, I don’t know what had happened” after walking inside & the order magically disappear . Any other term besides “service” should be used to refer to this location (likely entire company) because the wait is always drawn out much longer than necessary & no one on staff cares about serving their guests. This review was likely a waste of my time & anyone else’s time who chose to read it but I hope at least one person will read all of their poor reviews & choose to eat literally anywhere else or not at all.

Food was cold and eggs were undercooked.Wasn't busy so there wasn't a reason to rush.No one at the counter.Ring yourself up... What do you expect from a restaurant? Service? ?The self order machine didn't have my custom option.But who gets what they want when they order? "Go somewhere else then"It was clean at least. But there were a couple homeless people manning both doors.But hey, at least someone is there to greet you?♂️I'm leaving this review because I thought McDonald's only sucked in ga.Turns out it's a company thing.Let me know if anyone ever finds a decent McDonalds ?♂️I didn't even bother taking pictures this time...
