Terrible experience. We were shorted for a gender reveal. We called immediately after getting home and "the baker was gone and the owner is out for the weekend. " some of our guests didnt get a cupcake.After several phone calls, and an email we were offered a refund for the shorted items. In our email we communicated we were unsatisfied with that offer. Well, that's what we received. There was no "hey, let us give you a coupon for another time" or "let's give you 25% off for the trouble."The cupcakes themselves were a mixed bag. The frosting was a good flavor and the cake was fine but our pink and blue cupcakes were baked in a brown wrapper which was an eyesore, there was barely any blue filling (indicating we are having a boy), and there were basic swirls on top instead of the flowers we requested by photo.Overall we likely would have given this bakery another chance had the customer service been better. There are too many options in the area to consider trying them again after such a negative experience. Especially considering the cupcakes cost a whopping $5 bucks each!

Well yummy! Driving to a friends wedding in GA, we stopped by this Augusta Smallcakes. It's right next door to the Jersey Mike's we ordered our food from. So I said why not also get cupcakes! The funny thing is there's a few Smallcakes in Charlotte and I just haven't been to one yet lol. So I'm super glad I got to finally check them out even if it's in a different state. The lady working was very sweet and I was really pleasantly surprised at the smell when I walked in. It smells like a sweet bakery heaven lol. I could not work there and smell that beautiful aroma all day. Their cupcakes were so beautifully decorated too. I just really wasn't expecting that at all. It was hard to pick just 2 cupcakes, but after a few minutes I was able to decide on a few good options: - Cookies and cream - Reese's peanut butter - Vanilla with sprinkles and my gals from Hocus Pocus - Biscoff So, this is defense love at first bite! These cupcakes are delicious, moist and almost too pretty to eat!!! I'm really happy I stopped in to finally try them out.

I ordered one red velvet chocolate chip and one Halloween sprinkles vanilla. She charged me for three cupcakes. The red velvet tasted very bitter and the vanilla was stale and the icing was hard. These cupcakes were definitely not fresh and had to have been sitting for a while.

Could not be more disappointed with how my daughters cake and cupcakes turned out. The cake looks nothing like what we were shown. It’s missing items, the eyes are lop side and the cake is falling over. The colors for the cupcakes are off as well. I would’ve understood if I was told but they tried to slip it by.I would post pictures but google won’t let you.

Decided to get cupcakes from here for a friends birthday Walking in and it smelled Amazon!! As it should, it's a cupcake shop! They had a nice range of different flavors and it was kinda hard to decide which ones we wanted. We end up getting 4: Lemon Strawberry Chocolate chip red velvet Cream cheese frosting vanilla We all end up trying tying each flavor, My favorite was the Lemon and red velvet, the flavors were perfect. Not too sweet or too lemony. Strawberry had an artificial flavor to me so I wasn't a fan of it. The vanilla was just okay. However all the cupcakes were moist and had the perfect amount of frosting. They are priced at $4 a cupcake you can get 4 for $17 Giving the sizes I don't think it's badly priced at all. It's definitely worth it. I would go back and try some of the other flavors of cupcakes and possibly their others desserts I was just not a fan of the cream cheese frosting and the artificial flavor of the strawberry cupcake. Side Note: They have dog treats

I purchased a cake from them this past weekend for my daughter's 15th birthday and they did a wonderful job it was exactly what she expected and they went above and beyond . They were friendly and courteous It was delicious it was everything we hoped for the cake to be and it's still fresh A day later And I believe there's only one more piece of cake and then it will be gone.. I highly recommend them...
