The food was not the best. But I can deal with that it’s fast food it’s not always going to be 100% perfect. What I don’t understand is the absolute terrible attitude that every employee has. Only ever been one or two nice young people at the drive thru windows. Everyone else has a ticked off look on there face and they don’t reply to any kind of pleasantry just make a snarky comment under their breath. I wouldn’t normally leave this review but it happens at this establishment every time I go. Make the drive to the other Wendy’s in north Augusta if you have a craving.

I don’t know what’s going on at this location. Been living here for 2 years. I don’t know if they are under new ownership or management. They had an excellent crew before. I spent $30 tonight and my food wasn’t fresh. The meat was old. 15 minutes after eating I started throwing up. My stomach feel is horrible. Then my 4 year old had bad poop. Yeah, won’t get my money again.

Went through drive thru at 7 this morning on 1/18/24 the lady named Ashley took my order she got it wrong went back around told her she got it wrong she then snatched the bag crumpled it up then when she gave it back she poured cheese all over it were it was running off the sandwich poured my wedges out didn't get a new bag and crumpled it up gave it back . Management needs to get ahold of her speaking customers that way I usually go to Wendy's two or three times a week for breakfast but if this is the way you treat your customers you just lost one.

The food and customer service was good but too many calories. I gained 3 pounds from one meal of the new pretzel burger and fries but I'm an athlete. The nuggets are great and can tell alot about a Wendy's.

Guy working drive thru was very rude to an elderly man and refused to serve him. Rude to me also. Acting very impatient even tho it was not busy at that time. Bearded
