I ordered chicken rice collard greens, baked macaroni, and baked chicken. The food was horrible. I was a very good customer before the location change. The food was good price and excellent. This is my first time going to the new restaurant, and the food was horrible. The rice was not even cooked. The macaroni was not good at all the only thing that was good was the collard greens, I have to give this review. I would like to let everyone know their food is horrible.

The lemon was extremely sweet, the food was pretty good. I need a carry out place to take the rest of my food, a young told I could get a carry out, the older lady came up and no these plates put that one back, i had to get the one without compartments, that being said since I already had the place she could have let me be, the sons were very kind and accommodating.

Oh. My. Gosh. This place. I was looking for a yummy restaurant to have my birthday lunch and boy did this place NOT disappoint. They have a menu, but we opted to eat off the hot bar because it looked and smelled delicious. I had the fried pork chop, my husband had the meatloaf and because I couldn't pick on only three sides, I ended up with five: lima beans (best I have EVER eaten) macaroni and chees (to die for), rice perloo, okra stew, and collards. The entire meal was hands down one of the best I have ever eaten and I am still thinking about it 24 hours later. And don't get me started on the cornbread...this food was just incredible. Highly recommend and will be going back for sure!
