Don’t go to this Waffle House during the afternoon hours. Went around 5:45pm today and had the worst experience ever at this location. The two workers did not display proper customer service. The server being her first job was just talking to her co worker, forgetting orders, not bringing waffles out and having us wait 25 min for two waffles burning two in the process just so she could be on her phone and talk to the person on the phone and her coworker. Highly recommend going during morning hours or late at night. But never again the afternoon

My girlfriend and I have gone here a couple times now and every time the experience has been positive. This most recent time when we went this morning we had a waitress who was amazing. She had a great bubbly personality, smiled, checked in on us multiple times, and made great conversation even as the restaurant was swamped. Her name was Kaia.
Overall, the food has been decent and the service has been great.

Late night waffle house but before the bars close us a good time. Service is quick and the food is pretty good. Scattered well hash browns are always the way to go. At least this one was open and serving food. The one near Northwoods Mall was takeout only which defeats the whole purpose of Waffle House ;)

I came here at 5 this morning… there is no one else here and 3 employees. One of them that had the name LaLa on her tag, looks at me and turns to the Caucasian female and says something. The Caucasian female then looks at me and then proceeds to come to the window to take my order after standing still for a couple of minutes. Every time I come to this location and the girl named LaLa is working, she has an attitude with me and doesn’t show any type of customer service. I get my food from others and they always say thank you but not her. I don’t know her nor have I ever seen her before. I frequent this Waffle House since it’s close for me. And every time I come and she is working, she acts like I stole something from her. The cook who was a Caucasian guy with glasses is always nice, but she does things that a person who works in customer service shouldn’t. I am sick of her and her attitude and one day she is gonna get the same treatment that she gives me.
They gave me my waffle before my meal was given and the manager said that he would try to remember that next time. Sorry I'll never go back to this location

First let me say that it is shameful that Waffle House has it's employees over a hot griddle all day with a cooling system that barely works. Antwan ( might be the manager) provided my family and I with excellent, hot and quick service and I am very thankful because I could not imagine working in such a hot environment. My autistic 5 yr old noticed Antwan's service and kindness and said that Antwan was his friend. THANKS ANTWAN!!
