Ordered from the Clinton township Michigan location. Never received my pizza despite it saying it was delivered. Called the store manager said no one answered the door or the phone. I never received a phone call. Said they left the pizza by my door which it was not there. The manager was rude when I called. I asked for it to be redelivered or get a refund and they said they couldn’t do either. I contacted corporate for a refund and they wanted my order number from the pizza I never received and said someone would contact me in 48 hours which no one has. Never will order from them again. Terrible customer service. Even DoorDash has better customer service.

We ordered a pizza for delivery and 20 minutes after it should of been delivered it showed cancelled. We called and was told the driver was leaving with it as we spoke. A half hour later we got a call that they couldn’t find our address and we have had pizza from there delivered before. They said they went to our neighbors house and they said it wasn’t theirs. Funny how they didn’t call while they were out with the pizza !!! He then said we can come pick it up. I’m sorry I’m not picking up a cold pizza that was ready over a hour ago. Review for store at 1699 University Ave, in Waterloo, IA. I ordered a pizza bowl, and cheese sticks to be delivered around 9:45 pm. At around 11:00 pm and pizza had not arrived. I used the tracking to track the pizza and the app said pizza was delivered. I checked my front steps, no pizza. I checked my side steps and my order had been left on the steps. When I called to complain, I was told that the driver knocked a few times. Asked why he did not ring the doorbell, I was told, not all doorbells work. This was also a prepaid order, so I suggest not prepaying for your order, because then maybe they will ring the doorbell so they can get paid.

Pizza dough wasn’t cooked on bottom of the pizza’s we ordered. So doughy, we didn’t feel it was safe to eat. Atascocita Tx location

I was in th he area and wanted pizza. Since I'm a rewards member, I had a free one and ordered for pickup. My area was not in the delivery zone. It was quick and hot. I walked in a little before the time it said on my email. I was greeted by a very friendly girl. She came to where I was seated a few minutes later with my pizza. The dining room is very small with boxes stacked along the walls. I assume most of the business is delivery or take out. There is parking, but it is a little difficult the first time to get into the area. The pizza was very good.

My wife and I were exhausted from a long day driving and wanted great pizza delivered to our hotel room. Papa John's succeeded with a hot, delicious pizza with exceptionally fast delivery service. Definitely a very positive experience !
