Ate here for lunch while I was in town and I was glad I tried them out. Ordered a large turkey with all the toppings except pickles and banana peppers salt pepper and oregano oil and vinegar and a lil mayo. I think I came at a mini lunch rush cause it took a minute to get to me and complete my order but otherwise it was a great experience. Forgot to take a pic of my sandwich before I demolished it.
My family and I are traveling through SC and took Exit 98 on I-95 South to fill up on gas at Santee General Store, but we were also FAMISHED and did not want fast food. Man, we are SO glad we went down the road a little to Sub Station II. The service was excellent and the food was freshly made-to-order (no deli meats just sitting around drying out!). This is a "must stop" everyone we are in Santee. It's one of the few places me and the wife can agree on. She can get her Salad (made to perfectiom) amd i can go 'next door' and get a good chili dog and fresh fries... great people, great service!
