The food is very good, but the bar/dining area is understaffed. The manager sits there with her friends and does not offer to help, while the bartender is handling the bar and tables. Lisa does an excellent job even thoshe needs help.
Quiet, dimly lit, casual dining. Big tv's with sports on them. The food came quickly which is a plus if you are hungry. A member of my party had a concern regarding his meal. His concern was quickly addressed to his, and my satisfaction. It was handled with calm grace and supportive of a totaly proffessional and positive customer service experience. With a representative in place who is as adept to handling herself in this way, this establishment has an acutal chance to succeed....read full review
Somewhat good customer service depends on the server. Dont have many options on the menu to choose from. Simple bar great drink options. The food is ok depends who cooking in the kitchen you can definitely taste a difference in food when different cooks are cooking.
