The steak was not well done after received. The rice was also a little burnt. We sent photos and were still told we had to bring the food back for a full refund. Customer service has definitely changed.

UPDATE: 8/10/25 Do sit on the Hibachi Side to watch your chef cook... Very fresh food, cold was cold & hot was hot, excellent service! Seated quickly, served quickly.

Our server did not engage very well and the table side chef did not engage much with the table..... disappointing when it was our 1st visit to celebrate my daughter's 18th bday. Restaurant was not full nor busy. Very unfortunate do not ok now it is worth a return visit as nothing from service to food were that spectacular

Took my wife out for date night. Made the mistake of taking her to wasabi’s. We sat on the Sushi side. Vana was our waitress. There were two tables of other guests. We ordered our drinks and waited to order our meal. Two other tables came in. They ordered drinks. Their drinks came and we continued to wait. Finally she brought our drinks. We ordered spring rolls as an appetizer. I ordered Sushi and my wife ordered a filet medium rare and rice. Her soup and salad came. Our food arrived, her food was well done almost burnt. I ate my role she ate some rice. Then our appetizer finally arrived. The service was horrible and her food was over cooked. Ruined our date night. We have been there and ate at the Hamachi table and had a great meal, we will never go back and sit on the Sushi side.

Made reservations for 6:15 at twelve pm for a party of 4 they took our drink order and they finally came back asked about if we are ready to order after 45 minutes later after ordering still no food and asked for the manager twice no management. I got up to get a manager myself he said the chef was coming out now time we got back to our table There was still no one in sight.

The busted up stained and worn furniture when you first walk in was the first hint something was wrong with this place but while waiting for our table a cockroach crawled on my son in the lobby. So we immediately left. Disgusting.

Just not all that good. The hibachi cook said maybe 2 words did not give a good show. As a David hibachi goer this was one of my worst experiences. The food was not the best either. I could make better fried rice
