Adam P., who I understand is the new owner, put his political stance on full display in front of me and another customer. He was having issues with the payment system and somehow blamed it on President Biden. When I pushed back, he proceeded to argue with me. Won’t step foot in there again. If you like their cakes, find another store!

The new management/owner is disappointing. I was at the door at 8:00, the tall man I'm assuming it's a new owner I've never seen him in the front of the store didn't even acknowledge me standing out in the rain ☔️and I waited in the rain and soaked waiting for them to acknowledge me, because they clearly saw me, because I wasn't sure if they were going to be kind to me because I am a regular because when I worked at a corporate chain, if my regulars were there, last minute, I would go the extra mile for them l, not that I expected them to do that, but I did expect to be acknowledge at least them lips saying "we're closed" or maybe "one second" but they just allow me stand in the rain and that I was invisible. I just hope maybe forward they just choose kindness and just don't treat people like invisible and at least say hey, we're close and I do see you, but we are close

My mom had a cake delivered to my work for my birthday and it was amazing! The girl delivering it was super sweet and patient and the cake was absolutely delicious!

Love the Bundtlets! They are the perfect size for 2 people & can get different flavors to try. Our favorites are the chocolate chip, fingertip & the seasonal pumpkin! And they are really moist! Perfect dessert! The employees were so friendly & helpful too!

I order a carrot cake for my girlfriend's birthday on Friday the 15th and and picked up on 16th. When it was time to serve the cake to our guest it was not a carrot cake. Needless to say yes we ate it anyways. I called to store this morning to explain what happened. And I all was told sorry that happened have a good day. I wasn't expecting that. Oh well.
