Just tried to go there for lunch, on a random Thursday no line maybe six or seven people total in the restaurant. I went up to the front counter. Stood there for literally five minutes while people were working, cleaning stations, etc. made eye contact said hello with a few staff members. Nobody actually came over to wait on me. Got fed up and left.

Just walked out of there with my daughter 5 min ago. Had a very tough day today. I don’t normally review but everyone in there was so nice to me, lots of smiles and hellos and good attitudes. Really lifted my spirits and gave me a boost to finish my day. Sounds corny but the little things matter and you never know what someone is going through. Thanks yall

It’s so sad that chipotle is such a great concept yet some of the locations are run so terribly. I have had several order issues lately and almost every time I’m missing an item from my order. We used a free chips on the app because we were missing chips from the last order and when I got my order this time I asked again why it was missing chips and they knew they didn’t have them but didn’t tell me they were out while giving me the order. It’s not the employees fault, I can tell they are frustrated as well. Hopefully this location can address the issues with insanely long wait times and missing items.

1 person on drive thru, 1 person cooking steak, 2 people, 45+ years old, attempting to count back change out of a 20 dollar bill. If you want to hang out for an hour before placing your order, this is your place to go!

Waited 45 minutes for a drive thru order. When I got home I realized part of my order was missing and the rest of the order was barely edible. Steak was cold and extremely dry, I’m assuming from sitting out.
Bad attitudes and bad food.

Really just wanted to highlight Ricky! (Spelling??). She was the specialist that made my bowl this afternoon, and she was so sweet, enthusiastic, precise, and efficient. That is a good employee, worth keeping, and worthy of a raise (no, we don't know each other, I just moved to TR today lol)

They remembered the guacamole I paid extra for but no chips. Sad - go anywhere else in Travelers Rest

Place is clean and friendly. I’ve been here a few times now and each time the portion sizes have been really stingy. Surely rice and beans don’t cost that much. Give me a full scoop and I’ll be happy 😂

The location was a bit frustrating to access, with the driveway tucked behind the building and no clear signage from the main road. Once inside, the store was clean and the staff were generally friendly. However, I stood at the counter for a minute before anyone acknowledged me, despite several employees nearby.
The food itself was mostly what you’d expect from Chipotle — consistent and satisfying — but I did find a couple of bones or joints in the chicken, which definitely shouldn’t have made it into the serving line.
Overall, it was an okay experience. Not bad, but not great either. A few small improvements in service and food prep would make a big difference.

Walked up to the door, big sign said card payments only. Complete waste of time and gas. Do better.
