Don’t place online orders here. If they don’t get it you can’t get your food and you don’t get your money back so have fun spending double on food. The employees act clueless, it’s not hard to make the food, I don’t care that it’s not in your system your building still got my money.
I have always had a good meal from Popeyes except for today. My chicken sandwich was so dry and overcooked it was hard. I tried a couple of bites but gave up. No telling how long that piece of chicken had been laying around. Could have been left over from the night before. I kept the sandwich I paid $6.53 for incase I get sick. I would have returned it if the traffic had not been so bad.
The customer service was so terrible the manager kept yelling at the coworkers. It said the lobby was open until 11 but they kicked us out and it was in the meanest way possible. Also pretty rude when we went through driver instead. Don’t think i could come here again.
Worthless. Ordered an 8 count family meal and recieved barely a 5 count and everything was cold like it had been sitting out on the counter all day.
Ordered red beans and rice and got this…it’s crazy something as simple as this and yall still mess it up…zero cars in the drive thru btw
I went to this Popeyes and ordered my food and it came out to be $9.62. When I went to pay there was hair on my cup and I told the lady. She seemed to have an attitude but fixed me another drink. I gave her my card after she gave me the new drink and for some reason it took a while for her to swipe my card. When I checked my account she charged me the $9.62 for what I ordered and a separate charge of $15.25. I called on Friday and the supervisor said the general manager would call me on Saturday but he didn’t. Saturday morning I called and the person on the phone said the general manager wasn’t there. Then he said the general manager was busy. I could hear the guy on the phone trying to get the general manager to come talk to me but he wouldn’t come. The guy on the phone ended up walking away from the phone and never coming back.
Staff chatter, bickering, complaining and broadcasting it all across the customer seating area coupled with the nastiest, dirtiest public bathroom I have had to try to use in a long time just totally ruined the eating out experience. All the staff, including the manager need a lot of customer interfacing training as well as training on how to periodically check the rest facilities.
Didn't have the fish samich anymore, but the shrimp was yummy.

Service person at window don't know how to take a correct order and be rushing the customer order and still don't have the orders rite. You need to take her off window duty and put her in the back, with all that leading on the counter and hoping around..just dsm poor customer service
